@thomasrayborn3177 sir please where to buy replacement battery for it? Also what is the exact model # & battery type? Can you make a video on how to remove & install battery as well. I need this for street preaching because the speaker I carry around is just too heavy. Thank you so very much
@thomasrayborn3177 I just bought the device and there's literally no battery store like Battery Plus or the hobby shops that can provide a battery for me. This is horrible because I need a backup battery immediately for how long I preach and now this device is useless if I cannot buy replacement batteries in the future :(
@JESUS_IS_GOD I got my replacement battery from the Gigaphone company. It's easy to change the battery. There is a battery compartment door on the back of the speaker. Open it, carefully pull out the battery and gently pull off the connector. To put in a new battery, carefully connect the wire plug to the speaker and push the battery into the compartment.
FYI, I have since upgraded to their new 50W Gigaphone. Another open air preacher has my old 40W that I reviewed and he uses it weekly. They are great amps, a little pricey, but overall they are worth it.

Thank you for posting this. I am a street preacher also but I use a bigger speaker. I want to head in to the city and have a feeling that people will destroy my speaker as people don’t want to hear the gospel as you know. Thank you brother in Christ!
@@JESUS_IS_GOD I did buy it. I only ever preach a little over an hour so I've never tested the battery but when I finish it is pretty low. but I am happy with it.
Regarding the battery, I get over 2 hours at full volume with my battery. I also have a Half Mile Hailer. It depends on where I am preaching, and how mobile I need to be, which amp I use. If I am at a big event, I will use the Hailer most times. If I only need to reach out 200 or so feet, my 50W Gigaphone is what I use. Also, I can stuff the Gigaphone in a backpack, with some tracts, a wireless headset, my body camera and I am ready to roll!
Did you mean feet? You were saying 150 yards. You mean to tell me this small box amplifies a voice over a football field and a half? Clearly? If so that is amazing.. Thats why im guessing you meant 175 feet. Right?
When my wife helped me to test the Gigaphone, she was over 150 feet (not yards) away, with buildings around. What the reach might be in a totally open area I am not sure. Often, I use the Gigaphone on campuses as well, where I must moderate the volume so as not to cause problems by people in the nearby buildings hearing me.
Read this note from me for remedy for battery preservation: Also bluetooth headphones drain battery much faster, for longer use of battery life , use a wired earpiece instead 👍😎
For one thing, I have a second battery which I always have charged for when I will be using the Gigaphone for over 2 hours and I am away from a means to charge it. I have not tested a wireless vs. wired headset as to battery drainage, but I would imagine you are correct.
Do you experience any feed back when you use your wireless mic?? I used a wireless mic with it and could not get anywhere near the gigaphone because the feedback is crazy! So i was wondering what type of feedback interference do you get using the wireless mic and standing right near the voice amplifier?
Just don't stand in front of the Gigaphone. Also, if you are getting some feedback, turn the volume down just a bit, and make sure that there is nothing in front of the amp that is causing feedback. If I have my Gigaphone around my waist area and I have my Bible held out in front, but low, while I am preaching, it can sometimes cause some feedback. Just adjust a bit. The Gigaphones are great amps.

The Gigaphones are great amps. I also like the Aker AK38's, their 25W round version. They are very popular and only about $80.00 on Amazon.
