Tralascio di riferire i particolari raccapriccianti della esecuzione di Beatrice Cenci, della matrigna e del fratello (sono troppo impressionanti) vorrei aggiungere solo questo fatto. È quasi certo che fra coloro che assistettero all'esecuzione ci fosse il grande pittore Caravaggio, il quale poi riversò la sua emozione subito dopo dipingendo l'impressionante quadro di Giuditta che decapitazione Oloferne che si trova nella Galleria Nazionale di arte antica di Palazzo Barberini. Sono terribili anche i particolari di altre esecuzioni avvenute in questo luogo. Nel video ci sono delle lacune ad esempio non avete evidenziato che la chiesetta del cortile dove si trova la statua dell'angelo è un'opera sicura di MICHELANGELO BUONARROTI. Avete tralasciato di mostrare i quadri della Pinacoteca (polittico dei fratelli Zavattari, il quadro di Lorenzo Lotto, quello di Luca Signorelli ecc.ecc. ) . Se ho ben tradotto dall'inglese avete dato un'informazione inesatta sulla sala Paolina. Inoltre io avrei aggiunto il fatto che in Castel Sant'Angelo è ambientato l'ultimo atto della Tosca di Giacomo Puccini. Comunque complimenti! (Dal video si evince che non è opportuno visitare i musei nei giorni in cui sono gratuiti: troppa folla! )

Amazing video!! Thanks so much! The Pauline room was gorgeous! The view of Rome was amazing and so beautiful. I had wanted to see the Castle when there, but there wasn't time. The history is so interesting. Poor Beatrice. Abused and murdered. Obviously to the council, a rich man was more important, than a poor abused young girl. So sad. I really enjoyed this so much. @@AmazingWalkingTour i spent last 35 years in Rome...since i was born...the fact that 2 times in decades it was below zero for a couple of nights it doesn't mean that's the normal temperature you find in Rome.. It also happens that in Rome snows for one or two days every ten or more year...it doesn't mean that it's normal in Rome to find snow... Bro, i'm cringing while explaining the obvious to you
