Green tea and black tea come from the same tree but do some thing to make it black tea so why every one keep talking about green tea like it is a different tea from a different plant
At the end of the day herbal green is very good..

I am 49, and have similar report (triglycerides 275) . I started to walk 3-4 miles everyday, skip breakfast and eat at 11am. Dinner before 7pm. More fiber foods, less chappati (2) and rice.. avoid junk food in between meals. It worked for me to levels in controls.
