It's so good! People really tend to ignore how much effort is put into a musical, usually only the composers and actors are praised. But the lighting and props dept really help make the story come to life. It's quite interesting to see the stage just so in sync with the music 😍
@@GusALightingMagnificent technique to develop cueing and visualize the structure of the show before hanging the first instrument. I’ve always worked this way; the cues drive everything else.
I’ve started using capture for the last few weeks because I’m starting to get really interested in lighting for stage but I’m really confused on how you can make moving lights. I’ve tried to find something online to help, but I’ve found nothing.

I just love it when your mom dies and a dead guy comes and sings a song about dead people
This exact video was the reason i got into lighting tech
Amazing! The lighting effects that occur during the mini-overture is incredible! As a light/tech kid, I want to do this show soooooo bad some day
This is the content I crave! My algorithm is getting too specific
As a lighting designer, this is incredible!!!!
Thank you so much!
I really like itttt. Lighting makes a good play
This is so cool! I love the beetle juice musical! Thanks for showing the lighting!
Thank you so much for uploading this
I'm glad I found this because no one will talk about how bad all of this flashing would be for someone with epilepsy
they most likely have warnings plastered all over the theatre for it
I assume you mean the original version right? This is much less “flashy”
Hey! Where'd ya get the set from? Maybe a video about adding the whole set in would be cool too! Thanks
