He is kind of patriotic person who dont want to harm innocent people from our country and Dawood is exactly opposite him. They were good friends but when dawood started killing people from india both got separated and become rivels. Rajan is now not fit and he was always wanted to be in india with his family. He have big health issue rather we can say he is dying so that he is returned to mother land. As far as his arrest is concern he surrendered himself to be safe and police are protecting him, beacause he is totally unfit to operate his gang and he cant fight back with dawood gang. His family is with him and he is waiting for his last day.
