Famous by Paithani Rahu Temple and Paithani Indreshwar Mahadev Temple name, a very ancient Lord "Shiva and Rahu" temple is west oriented temple at the bank of "Pachimi Nayar" river at Paithani Village, Patti -Kandarsyun, Ditt-Pauri Garhwal, Uttarkahand. It is constructed in "Fanshna" Style of temple construction. It is only temple in the whole world where worship of god is done with devil "Rahu". It is special temple as it has very ancient stone statues and text on the wall of the temple.
