The cheating doctor spends more time with his so called little sister and she takes his free time with his gf. He did not even bother to answer her calls because he is with her girl. I really do not like this girl , she pretends to be innocent but she knows what she is doing. I hope when his gf is better, she will just break up with him. He is a doctor but no time for his sick gf. It is better not to have a bf at all. The gf cannot count on him when she needed her most.
They will really break-up at the end. The female lead will go back to her ex-bf (actually the male lead). Maybe his loss of time for her, his materialistic mother, his people-pleasing personality, his attachment for the young girl all piled up to cause their break-up. The FL will later on realize that she loves the ML more. The FL and the doctor are really not meant to be.

When the excitement of the covert and secret liaisons become legal and above board the excitement leaves too. That seems kinda shady though as there should be a clear line between doctor and patient.
