Very informative and presented very clearly and concisely. Thank You!
I found out recently that the new Arc Audio PS8 Pro DSP will work with the Maestro AR also - An alternative to the DSR1 though aimed at a different target audience.
What does the aspdif box do that works with the ar? It says you can get a analog or digital signal out of it, but doesnt say how. I cant find anything about what exactly this thing has for outputs, as far as connectors.
LOL....Only seeing your hands while you`re explaining something reminds me of Zeos`S UA-cam channel. No contest here folks, PAC AmpPro for the win.
Hi I really liked the video. I own a 2021 Dodge Challenger scat pack and am trying to upgrade the sound going to the aftermarket speakers I've already installed. I've been looking at buying 6 channel amp to feed the six speaker that I installed but started getting confused with the extra accessiores needed to connect with the unit/amp. My car did not come with the stock amp. Any help would be appreicated
Very informative, more videos like this please!
Quick question? How do I go about testing for good ground in vehicle? Multimeter is used but where does red and black probe touch?
You mentioned that with the pac amp pro, you can for instance add a sub only to start with and still get sound through the other channels.
What if you add the amp pro, but nothing else to start with. Do you get full range sound?
I’m looking for something for my 2021 Gmc sierra denali. Any ideas??
I'm about to buy a new Chevy Trax (it's on the way)
How do I know what will be compatible?
Do you guys still use DSR1 at all and would still recommend it some cases?
Quick question on the amp pro option: If I have 6 speakers (2 dash, 2 door and 2 rear) can I use the "sub" rca out for my fronts to my 6 channel amp, or is it strictly for sub use? I have a 2020 Challenger with the 6 speaker Alpine amp. Great video, thank you.
What can i use for a nissan with bose? trying to ditch the bose amp completely but want to use factory speaker wires
Why not add links for these two?
Im putting in aftermarket head unit 9906xr kenwood i think... and the ar retains the ability to adjust factory settings and backup cam and blue tooth from my research any imput on this would be great because i have not pulled the trigger on the components
Whats the difference between the amp pro and the lc6i? I can’t turn up my gains on my 4channel amp without getting a humming sound, and a heat smell.
I have a 2018 Jeep JL sport without the pioneer power. I want to add a JL MX280/4 to the stock speakers, and want to use the stock wiring. Which one of these kits do you recommend. I also have a 300/1 for a sub.
Great video 👍. I'm still confused 😕. That's why y'all make the big bucks !
He's totally right cuz some cars that have preamps in them you can't take them out or it messes up the radio
Question my radio has one rca out put but I want to run an amplifier for subs, is that possible without a dsp?
What are the price difference between the two options
What's the best thing to use for a 2014 Acura mdx??? I'm looking to add subs and a mono amp, also might add a 4ch later on?
You guys are awesome!
Whoa
Info overload😮
Have you had Noise floor issues after installing one of these? I just put one in my 2015 F150 (amp pro) and it has a terrible engine noise in the system. firmware updated. Love the show, hope you have time to answer. thanks!
Hi guy's, I have a kenwood dmx7017 but no steering wheel controls, are there any aftermarket ones I could get that would work.
Regards Paul from Scotland.
Why didn’t you cover the Metra piece at the same time?
Hello guys. Love the videos👌👍
the Pac amp pro seemed superior plus it is easier to make sure it works with you safety equipment.
Great video, thank you!
I feel as if you were talking to me as I asked about my 2018 Infiniti Q50 with stock base 6 speaker setup. Well, maybe not, I don't think I'm that important. Lol!
Nope, just checked. Nothing for the Infiniti. 😔
Very helpful video thanks
LOVE my DSR1
Really helpful.
yes finally!
PAC ftw!...even tho that shits expensive!
Wow that was alot of info..but helpful
JBL...Infinity...Harman Kardon...all the same brand. but we all know that. :)
Maestro is a far better piece of kit, but PAC is cheaper.
I rather just do a hi/lo converter
Hi/lo converter does not provide an unmolested preamp signal. Whatever frequency limiting filters, EQ, and delay it's fed will be also present on its output. Also the signal quality will be limited to the noise floor and stereo seperation of the factory amp which likely will not be very good.
I'm all confused lol
The ultimately the pro is better
You keep saying you have to replace it all with the AR. From what I've read the only thing you have to replace with the AR is the amplifier. Your factory speakers will still work. That's the whole point. Then you could replace speakers and/or sub later. It even has a secondary remote wire built in to the harness to add a second amp later on.
The DSR1 is crap so definitely don’t use that.
its like buying a AR and then having to buy your ammo lol by AR i mean (assault riffle)
armalite rifle..... maybe spelled wrong
Does the Dsr1 aupport gmc/chevy?
Not yet, soon
