My favourite singer since I was 12 years old. I am 53 now. Saw him in concert in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in the 90's. So proud that he is a fellow Canadian like me!
Bryan Adams has always been in my top 3 favorite artist of all time. His voice is amazing!!!!! His song Please forgive me, sends chills through my whole body
Everything I do is from Robin Hood Prince of thieves and it still holds the record of staying at number one in the british charts for a total of 16 weeks with this song 😊😊😊
Think it was roughly the same in Australia, as I remember watching the top charts every Saturday morning and surprise, surprise this song was always on when they got to number 1. I think it also helped that they set the song against a lot of great scenes from the Robin Hood movie. I think that movie was good but watching it back I've just noticed that the American accents in the film completely detract from the time and place and it would have been good if Costner could have had a good voice coach or they'd found someone more appropriate for the lead role. People seemed to be less discerning in those days and they always needed big American names to sell tickets.
Bryan Adams is quite the underrated vocalist. Any singer knows he has some serious pipes. I love how you said what you said about having to be a good singer to pull that off, and then directly after that, you go into a song which I consider to be even more vocally challenging. 😂 Bryan Adams is the TRUTH.
My Canadian heart beams with pride every time I hear Bryan Adams. He is a lyrical genius and a rocker at heart. You really need to react to more of his music! Thanks!
You could NOT escape (Everything I Do) I Do It For You in the summer of 1991. It was everywhere. With good reason. It is a great song. And Run To You is my favorite Bryan Adams song and my goodness did I belt this out a lot when it was out. Ha.
You will really love Bryan Adams song "Straight From The Heart". It's another Awesome song of Bryans. He has a huge catalog of fantastic hits!! His voice is so divine!! 🥰
Bryan Adams will put any red blooded person in the mood. His music makes you feel like you are actually falling in love. He transcends. RUN TO YOU is one of my favorite songs to blare while I drive with the windows down. It’s a total summer vibe.
As a Canadian who saw Bryan live, it brings me great joy & warms my heart, to see his music still connecting with people. Bryan Adams is definitely 1 of our proudest exports of that era 💓💓💓
I'm Italian and Bryan was my first concert in the 90s and my last (so far) in December 2022 in Florence. Best concert of my live. The venue was packed and everyone knew the words and sang along. ❤❤❤ can't wait for the next one.
"Heaven", "Inside out", "Kids wanna rock", "18 till I die", "I'm ready", "Star", "The only thing that looks good on me is you", "I wanna be your underwear", "On a day like today", "Here I am", "Back to you" - I guess it's clear from this list he is one of my all-time favorites.
I love Bryan Adams songs. My favorite song by him is "Heaven " then "Run To You" I Love the official music video to both of these. Have watched them in the 80's alot and still to this day. I love them.
I would not hesitate for a second to time travel back to the 80s and 90s. I know many feel that their childhood and youth years was something special and that I am only being nostalgic. But I think and know that many others that experienced the 80s and 90s will feel the same. I do not know why those 2 decades was so different than others. I wished all would have experience the same when growing up.
Bryan Adams was a huge star in the 80s-90s, Summer of 69 and Run to You are my Fav's , reminds me of pub crawls with my mates in the Cornish Town of Newquay in the 90s, Good times! Thanks you Bryson.
Bryan has always been my favorite singer for the 4 songs you played and many many more. Heaven was my prom and wedding song and will always be my favorite but so many more. Thanks for breaking him down today with 4 classics. Go see him in concert sometime (I am going again in October), he still sounds incredible, just like on the album. Needs to someday be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
FYI, the ending of that video ties into his other video "Run to you," (you just saw), 'Somebody" and "Heaven" where the same actress (assuming the same character) goes to see him live in concert after he's made it as a successful star. Apparently she's also in his video called "Reckless" from the same album which I've never seen. She's ALSO the beautiful woman in the Depeche Mode video "I Feel You" which I believe you've already reacted to.
I loved the feature of Bryan Adams on Canada Day. Personally I'm into his 80s songs most of all (like the last two you reacted to), I felt he could do no wrong in that decade. Others to check out: heat of the night, hearts on fire, this time, straight from the heart. Thank you for exploring his work... Saw him live at an outdoor show several years ago and he was still rockin it.
You've gotta check out All For Love by Bryan, Sting and Rod Stewart. It's freaking amazing!! They all have such different voices but sound awesome together. Perfection!! Highly recommend!!
He IS for sure one of the biggest pop/rock singers in my world.. I love his voice, I love how "human" he is even thou he has alot of cash.. And I love his texts And some facts about summer of 69 it was one of the biggest hits he made, and one of those that started his "concerttrack" /the life he really loves. And still till this day its a song he sings very often :)
I was in high school when he was singing these songs in the 80s Great wedding songs I feel like the talent passion and music instruments gave it all more talent back then Great time to grow up with music movies and TV shows
You should listen to some of his duets too. With Tina Turner "It's only love", with Mel C "When you're gone", with Pavarotti "O solo mio", with Rod Stewart & Sting "All for love" and with Barbara Streisand "I finally found someone". He's also an amazing photographer. Took a portrait of the Queen (which is somewhat ironic considering the poor man still has to fight off rumors of dating Princess Diana). Also, if you noticed, the lady in the last two videos was the same lady. And, without getting into it too much, Bryan has confirmed that the title "Summer of '69" refers to exactly what people might think...and it's not a year! 😉 "Everything I do" not only holds the record for 16 weeks at number 1, he actually requested it to be removed from number 1.
Fun fact: 'Everything I Do' was first offered to Annie Lennox, Cher, and Kate Bush, who all rejected it because they thought it was too schmalzy. Then Bryan Adams got it who turned it into the biggest hit of 1991. Another song of his with a fake ending is 'Do I Have To Say The Word' (the full 6 minute version). Highly recommended!
Loved your reaction! Bryan has been one of my favorite artists for years. One of the first concerts I went too back in the early 80's. His discrography is massive and still going strong. He's done a lot of movie scores and even did the score for the Broadway musical of Pretty Woman. Too many songs to list but honestly can play anyone of them and be happy with the choice. Happy Listening... Keep it up!👍👍👍
OMG...Run To You isn't just my fave Bryan Adams song...its one of my fave songs EVER. Top 20 for sure. And you are right, it felt exactly the way the video looked. Love it! Summer of 69 is good too. Everyone assumes its about 1969...but it isn't, lol (IYKWIMAITYD) :) :) :)
Bryan Adams himself was only 9 in the summer of 1969, so the idea of him playing guitar in a band, running wild through town, and hitting up with the neighbourhood girls is a bit eyebrow-raising to say the least. But '60s nostalgia was pretty big in the '80s... I'm guessing that they went with that lyric/title to plug into the trend a bit, and because it sounds good. It's a great song about nostalgia and the carefree days of youth generally. :)
I saw three tours of his in the eighties! His Reckless tour in '85 was one of the best shows I ever saw and I saw about 80! Of course being 3rd row center helped quite a bit but it was a great performance nonetheless!!
Love the first song and it's from one of my favorite movies from the 90s... Robin Hood with Kevin Costner and Morgan Freeman... great movie!!! And there's actually another music video that shows scenes from the movie.
He has had one the best producers in the business. BRUCE Allen,.. and his guitar player is amazing and doesnt recognized enough and here am not saying his name!! My bad But a great band and I too have seen him live and its just perfect and even better
High school days for me True talent and last talent I stick with the older music because voice vocals and real instruments were used Singing from the ♥ is where it's at
You HAAAVE to react to Have You Really Ever Loved A Woman live from Slane Castle. It's on his UA-cam page. It is AMAZING with a tad of spanish guitar. He's an awesome singer..
The first song Every thing I Do is the title song of Robin Hood- King of thieves with Kevin Costner! You should listen to Bryan Adams, Rod Stewart & Sting with "All for love"
Bryan Adams has a raspy voice like Bruce Springsteen (but better and more expressive/emotive, like you mentioned, and dare I say "sexier"? :-) ). You might also enjoy Bryan's songs "Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman?" (No. 1 for 5 weeks in 1995 ... from the Johhny Depp movie "Don Juan DeMarco ... Oscar nomination for best song) and "Cuts Like a Knife" (No. 15, 1983) and "Somebody" (No. 11, 1984).
Everything I Do… 💕 from the movie Robin Hood Prince of thieves is perhaps why you recognize it? It was everywhere. I just LOVE his voice so much. Thank you!!

Everything I do, if you watched Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, then it's on the film but also if you watched that Family Guy episode where Stewie falls in love with Susie and makes a Music Video, well that MV is Everything I Do.
First two songs., Sweeeeet slow dancing baby!, *Sigh*, good times... Pardon... But I do know how to describe this music.. I used to call it "rug burn music" if you know what I mean... Thank you for playing them. I enjoy you and your channel very much.
I'd not seen that video or extended version of everything I do before.i always saw the video when the band is playing in a forest and it's cut with clips of robin hood prince of thieves as that was the song for the movie.it spent 16weeks at no1 in the UK I think it's a record? Wet wet wet's version of love is all around which was used for four weddings and a funeral did 11 weeks at No1 but the band decided everyone had had enough and took it off the shelves. Did you notice the same girl was in run to you and summer of 69? British actress Lynette Antony.to see what happens next with her bf you need to do heaven!please also do have you ever loved a woman, it's only love ft Tina turner and baby when your gone ft Mel c.
How could anybody not heard "Everything I do" before? It was the most popular song on the planet during the 1990's. Should have done Somebody and Heaven.
I was born in 1999 and only listened to gospel and R&B growing up, so I never heard it. Also, I’ve already reacted to Heaven: ua-cam.com/video/X2P8HaFn4v8/v-deo.html

unfortunately "All for One" was the title song for the adaptation of an Alexandre Dumas novel "The Three Musketeers". "Everything I Do" is the title song for Robin Hood Prince of Thieves who was funny, cheeky and didn't take itself too seriously. Plus a phenomenal Alan Rickman as the bad guy!
Ran up on you somehow in my recommendations, saw you were doing 4 in a row and clicked on it I Love Bryan Adam's voice ! I enjoyed it so much I subscribed and I'm going to your 4 of Bon Jovi next 😉
The Prince of Thieves video for Everything I Do, I Do it For You was such a great video. However, I think Disney or someone owns it so Bryan Adams cannot post it on UA-cam. I believe only music stations like MTV and MuchMusic are allowed to play it but neither play music videos anymore. When you said this song sounds familiar I had to laugh because if you ever been to a wedding, this song has been played. It is so iconic.
OMG I'm 15 yrs again ! everybody was slow-dancing on "everything I do" and "please forgive me" back in 1992/1993 ;)
My favourite singer since I was 12 years old. I am 53 now. Saw him in concert in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in the 90's. So proud that he is a fellow Canadian like me!
Got to love the 80s my high school days Singing from the heart here and playing real instruments True talent
One of Canada's greatest singer/songwriter/musician/hitmakers. HUGE list of hits. HUGE list of awards. Another rabbit hole.
his voice... one of the greatest actual voices in rock music history.
I believe Mariah Carey set the same record in the US with “One Sweet Day.” (16 weeks)

I was lucky enough to attend the taping of his MTV Unplugged. He rocked the house! 😎
Oh, yes, Bryan really is kind of cute... His voice like an fallen angel's sent from the Gods above. Absolutely Fabulous Reactions as Always. 🖤🙂👍

Amazed there is anybody living that hasn't heard I Do It For You. Song sold probably 5 billion copies & was number one for 10 years or something.

Run To You is my all time favorite by Bryan.
Best voice god has given to any human being.
Me encanta su voz es diferente y eso son los 80 y sus video. Que vía el Rock .
My sister had this song played at her wedding in 1991. It was from the movie ‘Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves’ starring Kevin Costner.
First time watching. 64 year old in South Africa. Loved your reaction to Mr Adams. I’m now a subscriber and look forward to more.
Thank you!
Summer of 69 is best watched live. The video cut off a fantastic long musical end which make this song more fantastic. 🎉
He is running to the love of his life, his guitar! Run to you.
High school days for me True talent and last talent I stick with the older music because voice vocals and real instruments were used Singing from the ♥ is where it's at

ETID still makes me think of my first love. Don't tell my wife 😂
😂
Thanks for reminding me that I like Bryan Adams songs 😄
The four seasons in the RUN TO YOU video was actually filmed in a airport blimp hanger .
Where you weren't expecting the beat to come back in on Everything I Do, that's where they ended it on radio play

Bryan’s first band was when he was 15, the reason for the juvenile behavior. oh no! can’t believe no cuts like a knife or the live performance of its only love with tina turner!
the first two songs are from the 90's. the last two are from the 80's.
you can tell from the reverb echo in those 80's guitars, haha.
How many babies have been made to Bryan Adams!?
Looove your reaction!
