No big deal bong on shooting with your hubby shirt off. He’s a good man and at 100 degrees outside who cares right. Keep doing what your doing... I love your way of cooking Bhan Chaew. I only made it once and I have like Four bags in my pantry still lol. You right it is messy but I found another way like added meat fillings along with batter once sealed then I’ll add veggies n remove it. Since you have extra banh cheo flour, then you can trying making it using beer and butter. See if you like it. The method that you mention made me thought of how Vietnamese place make their banh xeo. They usually lay out the pieces of pork (slice, not ground like ours) and also whole shrimp. They lay them on a pan then pour the batter on top. This way it's like one flat omelette looking. I think this is a quick way because you don't have to pre-cook the filling like the Khmer version. Thanks for your understanding about the husband shirt-off thingy LOL
