It’s always a challenge! On the old GoPros I used to lick the lens to make the water droplets melt in, but on the newer GoPros there is a coating that fully repels water, however leaves micro droplets that can look pretty bad. Nowadays what I do is focus on keeping the Lens totally dry, which is very tough in the water. The best way to do it is to wipe it on a damp part of your wetsuit so that there is a thin layer of water that “pops” like a bubble and leaves the lens perfect! It’s an art on its own haha 🤙
