Remember to bring plenty of water and supplies on your trail runs / hikes (usually more than you think you need!) - it's not great to fade like I did on the way back haha…
@@RaghavendraManjunath-oj6cb Thanks man and for sure, I do feel like trail videos are a bit tricky and risky for me to record, at least compared to the roads, but I guess it also depends on the course… I took the chance this time because I mostly knew the way (second time visiting!), so hopefully will record more sometime! We can at least expect part 2 when I’m back in the mountains sometime haha
@@jimbo858 Dam ouch sorry to hear man, did you sprain it during a training run there, or perhaps during a race there? And man I’d be even more nervous in race conditions with all the potential rushing going on…
I have glasses but I recommend you push the hat down and the glasses should lock in. For the stairs, it is not possible to go too fast especially when it get moist and there will be lot of people in the race but you should make it up on the wider flat trail later.
@@m.ch4rmaland3r10 Wow thanks for the advice man, will definitely give that a try and will also try to stay calm on the stairs during race day… on that note have you done the Six Foot Track Marathon before? Or perhaps come across the stairs in training, or UTA, etc.

Those Nellie's Glen steps are no joke. Sprained ankle and felt terrible not being to run for 3 weeks to recover
