This is because the house is now a building site and is unsafe to visit.

Hey Guys, Mark from Paranormal New Zealand. Enjoyed this one. I totally agree about return sessions at locations. We have a few locations here that have given some very intriguing experiences. Our reputation over here has enabled us to build trusting relationships with location owners, so we now have unlimited access to investigate as often as we want. We stay the night often and pull all-nighters with cameras and data loggers running all through. Research really can progress when you have no time restrictions and can pace yourself and investigate things in a relaxed manner. If you feel the house is responding to you, totally go back if you can. Sleep a few nights there even. One day that building will be pulled down, so find your answers now while you can.
I'd love for ye lads to go back to this house, it's amazing. I'm not sure if I'm hearing things but at 28:05 there's a little noise that sounds to me like a little kids voice, please someone tell me I'm not hearing things.💚✌️

You must not do any video editing, because anyone who has properly working ears and good quality headphones can tell that there is no sounds in way of bangs or knocks until the replay, at which point they are added in post edit. It's not just boosting the audio levels, they added those parts in.
Totally agree with Ste, returns are important, and if you take back new questions, questions that others dont ever ask, eventually you'll get some new noises and maybe even a reaction that'll blow everyones minds. I myself love when people repeat the places they once went to. October for some reason though brings more noises. Now whether that's to do with higher winds, cold temperatures as things start contracting rather than expanding is all more reason to repeat a visit. This place had some of the same noises as when others entered. The buzzing was a vibration buzz but nothing was seen around the microphones. At one point a womans voice was heard. It almost blended with one of you speaking. It was only once for her voice an then my phone froze. I'll have to go back and listen if anyone wants a time stamp. Small tip for earbud users. Place a small piece of cotton in your ears makes for a better filter. So much can be heard. If you dont believe me, try the same video with and without. Just dont push the buds in so hard it puts pressure on your drum. Get well soon Ste! Thanks guys. Dont question what's happened too much. It was as good as what others heard when in there.

I agree , muliple visits to a location , instead of new locations all the time , selct a few and keep at them , get to know the location , get comfy in the situation , then you should get something , in time . What is the Music you play at the end of the vid ? love the tune :)
I’m with you-if you have things happening, definitely keep going back to the active location, and I’d love to see this one for a third time. It was one of your better ones-nonstop noises etc. I like that Griff explained how it felt there too.
A few pointers from sceptic view: 1. The click sound from the aga actually made the ghost tube sound level go up, so was a real sound - likely soot or roof falling down 2. The buzzing sound was in the dark, it’s likely a bluebottle trapped in a spiders web - as they will buzz hard trying to get away when trapped - in dark its a nasty sound 3. Ghost tube - coincidence only 4. The water makes with drops sounds that are disturbing 5. The woo sounds - seemed to me to be pidgeons or birds, it sounded too much like that 6. The thumps - the house where water logged is settling so would seem to be movement Im not saying there isn’t some paranormal occurring but remember : You are on edge Noises Hyper vigilance sets in It’s a noisy house and has you jumping around - better return again to find out
I like the way Griff talks about energy, like the place is vibrating. All is frequencies. I believe if you tap into the right «channel» you may capture another level of excistense/ dimention/ time or something. Who knows how it works in this universe. Love your investigations! 😀👍🏼

I don't know how close the two groups are geographically, but Ghost Theory went to a very interesting place recently that was pretty memorable. Just like you guys, they almost never capture anything (just kidding!), so it might be worth a look.
