AUSTIN FREAKING BUTLER!!!!
Can’t believe its nearly been a year since the movie “Elvis” came out however it took me nearly 2 months to see the movie {RL am I right?} but WOW, just WOW - this movie for me is the BEST MOVIE OF 2022!!!! I didn’t know much about Elvis {other than what my mum told me and watching “Full House”} and I was unsure I would enjoy a movie about Elvis but Baz is one of my favourite directors - with Moulin Rouge being one of my favourite movies and now its tied with Elvis and it introduced me to one Austin Butler sighs I’m a HUGE fan now!!!!
It has been so much fun going back into his catalogue of work from his early years on Carly and Wizards of Waverly Place to Carrie Diaries and The Shannara Chronicles to movies like The Dead Don’t Die, The Intruders and Once Upon A Time in Hollywood and now Elvis PLUS there is MORE to come and I’m so excited to see it all because his range is incredible its SO hard to believe at times its the one actor because every character is different and he has worked so hard to get to where he is {and gone through some personal heartaches} but he’s proven he’s one to watch AND one of this year’s Time 100 most influential - he’s going to be A HUGE STAR!!!
So onto the video for those of you who know my channel I’ve done the few celebrity videos and since becoming a fan of Austin I’ve been planning on doing an Austin video plus over the last few months there was SO many videos and interviews coming out {my recorder literally has SO many interviews recorded off the TV} and I now have an Austin Butler playlist on yt and 2 movies in my yt purchases for him AND then I heard this son randomly one day and I LOVE this song since I heard it in Fifty shades of grey {and brought the soundtrack} and thought PERFECTION!!!
This video was so much fun to make and literally I’ve never been so keen to work on a video day by day and I’ve been the worst procrastinator at times recently {mostly cause of being stressed out at work} but making this video was so much fun and as I was gathering footage I was getting more excited - the opening of the video I HAD to use the quote from Baz because I watched that interview which was on one of the morning shows here and I had to open the video with it because literally the movie Elvis was finished because of Austin, he STAYED in Australia during Co vid till the movie started up again not sure if it would he deserves EVERYTHING and he has won and been nominated for so many awards {not going to go there otherwise this will become a rant} As you will see, I had so much fun making this video, working with the scenes of his various characters and his interviews he did and of course Saturday night live last year - he NAILED it one of the best SNL’s and I’ve only seen a few episodes of the show {excuse the quality I had to film his skits from that show off my computer to my phone}
So, hope you all enjoy and hopefully I’ll have more videos of Austin to come maybe a few character videos but I’m SO PROUD of this one!!!!!!! I hope one day to have the chance to meet him.
