Aeneas Williams might be one of the greatest cornerbacks in NFL history, and even though he's in the Hall of Fame, he's still so underrated (probably because he spent a lot of the time in Arizona). Not a First Ballot Hall of Famer, and didn't even get in until 2014 even though he retired in 2004
There is no might be one of the greatest. He absolutely is one of the greatest defensive backs in NFL history. The problem is for pretty much his whole prime, he played for one of the worst franchises in all of sports in that time.
This was the start of a long run of playoff meltdowns by Favre where he either threw a boatload of interceptions and his team got blown out ('01, '02, '04) or he threw a game-losing interception in overtime ('03, '07, '09).
That game losing INT against the Saints happened in the final minute of the 4th quarter of the '09 NFC title game. The Vikings never touched the ball in overtime.
