Yes you do pay taxes on hand pays when you live out of state

If you do not live in Oklahoma you do not pay there state tax’s
Live in North Texas and been going to Choctaw for many years and pay no Oklahoma tax and all ATM withdrawals from the casino can count as a loss. Si if you can show more loss than wins no federal tax’s either and H and R block is my tax people that tells me this

I was under the impression, Biden changed this in 2020 or 2021, you had to pay state taxes, on.handpay , even if you don't live there, the irs held my local taxes out, back then, when I didnt!

Hand pays count as income and you turn in hand pay slips in with your taxes I paid Oklahoma 1200$ last year
