It's believed that when someone breaks into your home and thake nothing valuable. It's you they're after.
Well. He was on the roof. But with that creep, I suspect he looked in their medicine cabinets, didn’t see any meds he wanted or anything like loose cash and left. Mostly liked screwing with the home owner, I guess.
I love stories, but when they are home alone and say "I don't know what to do?" It's easy to simply call the police immediately.
Especially if you don’t have a firearm that you are prepared to use.
The third story is why I always lock my door even if I go to take my garbage for collection. What's more, if someone's in your house acting sus but you're not sure if they did anything, check all the doors/windows to see if the person unlocked them to come in later.
Excellent tip - another reason I like listening to these type of channels.
I mostly enjoy the Christmas Eve horror stories really make the holidays interesting

Story #2: Considering that if the story is true, I’m curious to know what the man explained to the police when they caught him and gave that citation- what he wanted with the person and why. How the man got the person’s information is a mystery, though I have several theories, the writer never elaborated on what information the police had found out when they handled the situation.
Excellent comment, fully agree.
He sounded like a stalker, who could’ve gotten that info from a workplace for example, even if she didn’t know him as a worker. Also, I assume he had to show I.D. and she could get that type of info by filing a restraining order against him, etc. Story doesn’t make a lot of sense as is.

If the second story is true, it seems like the guy would have worked at a store the person went to. That would explain how he had their number and address, as it could be looked up from a customer account/payment info.

Yeah, it sounds suspicious. I got the feeling that it was someone who already knew them well enough to know what car they drove, and also had some conflict with main character. What that issue was, idk. But that’s the feeling I got.

I realized I didn’t pay enough attention and had assumed it was a younger teen.
In the end, it got handled, and it’s really a shame they didn’t get those nondescript men bc they will do that sort of thing again.
Wonder if they were counting on someone being home or not…
Oh, and, just admit it, you didn’t really want to go to that family gathering (since it didn’t HAVE to be skipped after all lol), but at least you ended up accidentally protecting your parent’s home!
