a typical wedding day usually looks like a frenzy of events happening on a timeline. strict, rigid, stressful…brooke and ethan’s day did not. they chose to have a destination wedding surrounded by only their closest people. everything about this day was so intentional and absolutely stunning.
as someone who’s job is to observe and capture everything, i felt this overwhelming sense of calm. it wasn’t about everything being picture perfect, it was about the moments, big and small alike.
the tears of a father, the hug from a grandma, laughter of a brother, and dancing with their closest friends and family.
the honor of capturing not only the love of this stunning couple but the love between them and their family is something that is so special to me and something I will never forget.
