    I'm thinking of getting an Overture or Chorus.

      I’m working on all doubles but double axel! So I would get chorus but if you are working on just single jumps like loop and toeloop and axel then just get overture!

    Can I use that as a beginner? I’m planning to start figure skating after quarantine, but I’m looking for a skates that I can use for beginners up to jumps and axel so it’s less expensive 😅

      Yes of course! Edea’s Chorus is one of their more affordable skates, for the price u get a good ankle support for up to double jumps. Getting used to Edea skates as a beginner would definitely help you adjust to them quickly (the boot feels a lot different than other brands).

      @@carmelrebane8618 I think it will depend on how well you adjust to new boots, but for myself and skaters I know it’s pretty easy to break into them comparing to other skates 😎

    I'm thinking of upgrading to the Chorus from my OLDDD Riedell skates. I'm moving into axels and soon doubles and the Riedell's don't have enough support. How was the transition to edea skates for you? I'm worried that since the boots are a bit different I'll struggle to get used to them.

    • @SavAnnaP
      @SavAnnaP  3 роки тому +2

      Edea skates are super easy to adjust to (in my opinion) since you don't really need to break into them. I was able to skate with them pretty well on my first time wearing it! Good luck on your new skates :))

    What blade is that? I may get them but the induvial blades can be extremely pricey, and I think that the blade you have is extremely nice!

    Hi! Nice review! 😊 👍🏻 I am a pure beginner with NO experience on ice and I am thinking of learning to skate! Can a pure beginner like me use the Edea chorus boot to learn? Thanks. ☺️

    • @SavAnnaP
      @SavAnnaP  3 роки тому +1

      Yes of course, Edea chrous is definitely for beginners to intermediate skaters. There were a lot of new skaters at my skating club who had these boots and they were just starting to skate. They all had a positive experience with it! Hope this answers your question :))

    Thanks . But do u also have videos talks about Jackson competitor ? I saw one pair that is so adorable second hand . I am super beginner but planning on learning to whatever levels I can get to. So I want a pair of good ankle support boots to avoid unnecessary injured.

    • @SavAnnaP
      @SavAnnaP  2 роки тому

      I would say if the second hand Jackson competitor is still in good condition, u should definitely go for it! It was good for me up to double jumps with good ankle support :)) the reason why I switched was because I was growing out of it but I had them for a long time!!

    I’m thinking of upgrading from graf 500 skates due to blistering and rubbing on my ankles, how far up the ankle would you say they go because they look quite low, are they shorter

    • @SavAnnaP
      @SavAnnaP  3 роки тому +1

      I had the same problem with my old Jackson skates! These are really nice and comfy, although I'm not sure if they are shorter comparing to your skates, you don't need to break into theses so they should probably fit you well!

    Thanks for the helpful review. The heels look kind of high for the Edea, I currently wear SP-Teri and the heels are lower. I am wondering if you would pitch forward easily due to the higher heels. I am looking into switching to Edea Chorus. Are the insoles comfortable? I have flat feet and need more comfortable insoles.

    • @SavAnnaP
      @SavAnnaP  3 роки тому

      I’m glad this was helpful to u! For me, the insoles r very comfortable. I would suggest trying it out in a store if it’s possible since my feet are pretty narrow (so it might a bit different for u). I haven’t had trouble with the higher heels but I think it took me a few days to adjust to it :)

    Since Jackson is stiff. Do u think buying it seocnd hand would make a difference? Also how do u measure ur shares size . I always go by JPN size .but until now I am not 100% sure if I am 24.5 cm or 25 . 25.5cm would definitely be having some rooms. I guess it is not ideal right ?

    • @SavAnnaP
      @SavAnnaP  2 роки тому

      I’m not too sure about the sizing becuz it tends to be difference for everyone. If it’s second hand it would most likely be easier to break into than new ones, hope this helps!

    What would you use edea pianos for then? What level are they? Are they like the best you can get or…?

    • @SavAnnaP
      @SavAnnaP  3 роки тому

      I think it totally depends on what u r looking for in the skates u choose! Many higher level skaters at my skating club had Edea ice flys instead of piano, and I know that ice fly is very popular among skaters from intermediate or high levels (up to triples). The blades u choose will also affect the level ur skates end up being. Hopefully this info is helpful :)

      I’m a size 23.5cm, I think the skates are pretty true to size, almost a bit bigger in my opinion!!
