To go home at night knowingly you put a young man behind bars, he along with the police that put these two young men in jail should be behind bars themselves. I agree David! I don't think that a commencement speaker should use the language he does in this speech. I'm no prude by far, but commencement is attended by kids. Also, this is a an "act" to appear as an "every man", a good old boy from Missouri. This man is supposed to be a lawyer, a professional. I would have loved to hear the expletives he used when he saw the "Free Ryan Ferguson" banner flying over the University during this speech! FREE RYAN

And I don't mean to negate the good effort of the people who hired the plane, but after hearing those thousands of students cheer him on with a deafening roar, that plane did precious little with its banner that you could hardly see. The plane is unfortunately no match against the colossal ignorance represented by that roaring crowd. This was just painful to watch. I couldn't even listen to him and when right to the end. Painful to see the students cheer him on like that.
This " judge" what a joke and an embarrassment to the court of law. Not only does he need to be removed, he needs to be judged and sent to prison himself.
