*puts soundgoodizer*
Ravine : "Yo don't even know what it does"
Curbi : *error 404*
Actually Soundgoodizer is pretty good, it's a meme but just for people to dumb to know what this thing really does. The only knob is the dry/wet (or mix) level and the presets A,B,C,D refers to the Maximus (3 bands compressor by Image Line) presets
yeah i know it's a meme, when i was making music on fl studio it was my favorite plugin even tho i didn't know what it does
lol, timecode please
Interviewer does a great job
Yeah , i like how he's noticing all the small details in the track and asks curbi to explain them,it feels like he's interested too on how the track was made, a thing that you rarely see
Hey thanks
lnely melnchlia Realistically I wanted to steal his techniques for myself so the fact that you guys also get them too is just a bonus
@@DjRavine 😳
32:30 some real talk right there! awsome breakdown, well done!
My favourite producer finally made a track breakdown yessssss
Fancy seeing you here :)
@@MoshiiLightzare you guys still alive
Thank you so much Curbi for breaking this down. Cheers to Point Blank for making it happen. Awesome interviewing by DJ.
YESS HE FINALLY DID A STUDIO SESSION
I'm sayin...
This is he studio but its not of curbi
damn this flp is hella minimalistic but so good... Then I look at my FLPs...
One of the sickest drops i've heard in my life, this song is precious ♥
So happy to see Curbs talkin. Like you get to know the proeucer a bit better. Really gets me the good vibes. 😃😂😁 Love it!!
so nice to see the project of curbi
Very interesting video and a brilliant breakdown of the track FL Studio is very interesting with some brilliant affects and plug-ins
thanks man! I'm not the best at explaining but I hope you came from this video with some new ideas :)
u guys should listen to my music! check my channel
@@curbi get Presets Massive And Samples For You
always wanted to see a curbi track breakdown. his sound is so versatile and creative, so many other songs i want to see him explain!
So good! He does the simple things right and it really shows in his mix because its always so powerful.
3:29 wtf curbi sounds like hihat lol
LOL
sample it lol
I'm dead 🤣 Curbi went full Bass House mode
I'm fucin dead bro. How did u noticed it 🤣🤣🤣
it was just the chewinggum xdd
When I started to produce I always used this GMS plugin
There are some very good presets in there actually
Same, but I still occasionally use it over the years.
Great for synthwave sounds
@@brunoverhulst5201 harmor too
@@bahahahahaaaa4682 very true!
YEAHHHHHHHHHHH AMAZZZZIIIIING always dream of having a curbi tutorial, there is no ... And their production skills/tricks are unique! MOREEEEE PLZZZ
I feel sad that people don't know about GMS.
iam happy people dont know about it lol
Interesting how you can make a dope track with literally like 30 layers or so. Dont know if you have seen Ellis Walkthrough videos but he usually has a project of like 200 layers. Crazy
OMG!!! I've always wanted one of these!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
thats why i love curbi, so many variations in every song of him, other producers they make a half track and copy and paste it with no more extra drums or presets to create a change after the first drop, thats why the most tracks sound kinda boring
The fuck is wrong with all those talking shit about this kind of music? Music is not just about organic sounds and live instruments. Let people be creative on their own way.
That's why everyone should get into any artistic concept, and make it theirs.
Following Curbi since his NCS releases. Keep it up m8.
You know it was only the other week ago I finally got out of the stage where you overthink about the rules of music I decide to do what I wanted and bam 💥 it was insane!
Love when I get a notification from Point Blank Music School 🤘🏻🙌
Amazing song and tutorial!!! Tnx Curbi and Point Blank!!! Tooooooooop!!!
Curbi!!! GREAT!
MORE OF THIS, PLEASE!
35:32 truest thing for so many producers
Soundgoodizer for life!!!!!!
It's crazy that he's clipping in his plugin, mixer channel and most likely has a limiter on his master channel.
Yo man it’s dope if it’s squashed we love that fat sausage sound, sound Goodizer on each channel, on each bus and three on the master. Honestly I respect the music but as a mastering engineer I end up trying to reverse engineer half this stuff to get it to sound palatable
Wtf you guys are so rude, this is amazing to see, too many dislikes in my opinion. You may not like his tracks but, you can't say that he dosn't deserve his success... GO explain your tracks if you are that smart
Larian * Parody, Remix, Music! Fucken oath mate I agree one hunna %
the GOAT
Cool video. Main thing Im taking away is not to underestimate soundgoodizer and GMS haha. Used to use GMS all the time back in the day so will have to give it another go
Curbi is so amazing and Creative i Love his music 😍
Great video! Curbi is a beast!!!
this is how these track breakdowns should be
Great video guys!
Hahahaaaa Curbi is like my twin brother: I also played drum when I was young, knowing nothing about music theory and also, just playing some notes and I have a keyboard but don’t use it. And to make it more crazy: I also make bass house music 🤪
You forgot the soundgoodicers...
Finally, Curbi
I don't like how curbi's leg is in between the one dudes legs😂 3:38 also great video really helped me out
1:29 good ol friend soundgoodizer, and no one knows it’s magic!!!😂😂
what a likeable dude
Curbi: just found this plugin GMS
Interviewer:ya i haven't even seen it
Me: holy fuck that's all I use😫😫😫
I love how much of a joke FL is to some of these clowns. FL packs a beautiful punch.
yeah many artists use fl. people who clown usually are trash ass noobs.
@Summer of 2017 martin garrix, jay hardway, porter robinson, dyro.... also use fl and avicii used to use it
Madcomz really? Avicii still uses it?
@@AF-vm6xx oof sry corrected it
Madcomz ;-)
Curbi! You should release a massive pack!
Be original
Yes Curbi!
Please make FL studio tutorials/track breakdowns a more common thing? There's a big desire for some good fruity content!
This is inspiring
💪 Dope
Please more Curbi! Like
Haha well soundgoodizer is just FL studio's multiband compressor Maximus (as it says on top in the soundgoodizer itself) you even have the soundgoodizer presets in maximus' preset bank
Nice advices!
Could you please do another Track Breakdown with Curbi
good video, more flstudio
Wow!
Whether there will be subtitles? I am from Russia, understand partially.
The point blank dude forgot is all about making good music, he is so technical
eee soundgoodizer For Ever
Curbi thinks his of his music as a sandwhich OMG it makes sense
I have ADD to bruh :D
Brilliant
Soundgoodizer for my whole producer life :)
Omg dj ravine!!!!
Cool
Curbi reminds me of Piff The Magic Dragon.
26:52... wot mate check that mixer level :0
seems like he doesnt use the limiter on the master buss
Marko Stc you’re not meant to, makes your tracks sound muffled. If you can mix it to not clip while not limited then you’re banging it
Is it the version of krk rokit is that? Kinda hard to see:/
Considering the keyboard and mouse: Is he using FL Studio for Mac??
yes, the macbook is in the table
@@jordicapellades5632 Thanks Jordi! Really appreciated.
I will give Fl Studio for Mac another try then. Last time I used it on the Mac, it was still very stammering.
davidosolo they’ve release the alpha , it’s pretty good. But save your files to an external folder separate from fl studio
@@CesarAMAD Thanks. The stammering behaviour with the most basic functions (like drawing notes into the piano roll for example), is still not perfect, but got a lot better. However, my main problem now is that CPU usage goes up to 140% as soon as I open the program...
did curbi go to point blank?
u alrite mate just wondering if you could help me just wondering if you could take some ones drum loop from a track and keep the drum loop if you could help me thanks dan
an mp3
How do he make the vocal effect in feel
What monitor does he have?
RAVINE AND CURBI IN A VIDEO TOGETHER?!!?
what kinda chair is that?
Would love to know the specs of Curbi's PC/Mac?!?!
He has a MacBook Pro.
THOSE TABLETOP STANDS the ones those KRKs are on. Does anybody know what make an model they are?
Forgot mastering part. Awesome though been listening since ur early stuff. My life is complete.
10 Soundgoodizers.
u guys should listen to my music! check my channel
J.Styles 89 compressor, limiter, izotope imager, eq, and that’s basically what everyone uses , he probably starts with the master channel on, in order to get that punchy master and loudness
I waited for him to explain something for 2 years
All I hear Whip Whip
I'd like to know how these guys get it so damn loud without the track distorting or noticeably clipping to the ears.
Soundgoodiser m8
@@ezyflores325 lmfao
it's actually quite easy if you know the theory. Point is, there is a common misconception about loudness. It doesn't actually come out of how loud your low, low-mid and mid frequencies play, general loudness comes from wide and loud high frequencies around 6-16 k. So make sure to balance out the subs at around -2 db (if we are talking about bass house) and get those high frequencies as loud as possible (pay attention to the amount of white noise you hear in loud songs, it's coming from either synths or pure noises)
"Yeah so basically I took the same bass house song you've heard a billion times before and just did that m8."
yeah generic edm banger
"Bingo"
At 5:25 there's an orange & black channel rack instrument. Does anyone know how to color that way?
So many insert tracks 👀
Why all the top producers like curbi bassjackers..... Have there master peaking above 0db...? And there is massive peaks in the master channel? Why can someone answer this?
Dunno 🤔
Hrithik Nirmal probably he has its limiter disabled on the master
This some true sh*t
LES by dylan tallchief tells you the time you spend in abelton
If u can’t use presets, can u use real instruments without building them yourself?
Lmao so this is why Mesto has like 70 unreleased projects
Why?
6:29 Daleks!
How this is music baffles me, but holy f*** its lit haha keep it up! very informational
This man also has ADHD wth lol. Aiit. Got the best tip for ya man. Appreciate yourself. Start thinking without regrets. Think open think wide. And allow yourself to be what you are. And adjust where you like to adjust. But the greatest failure is to Not fail. Because that will keep you from progressing😍🥰😎🔥🖤 But Curbi 2020 already redeemed his progress big time af!✌🤣 He's mah fuckn legend. Man he and Djrayray together my fucking god. Best gift to - ever. Too happy 🌌🌠😍💯🌊
afrojack uses gms or at least used it
CAN WE HAVE BLAKE SKOWRON ?
A music school doesn't know what GMS is ecksdee
Lmao xdd
The guy interviewing him looks like the famous DJ L (sarcasm)😂
7:21 It's a MAC
the asian guy had his hand on his crotch for the first 2 minutes
yo why they sit so close lol
did you really collab if your legs don't touch?
@@DjRavine haha
@@DjRavine lmfao
forty one thousand minutes?
Why name a song "Whip It" when there's already a band out there who has had a mega-hit with that name?
