This video is very helpful to us.I request you to make video on termdeposit subject. It means in Excel worksheet some coloumn are there. like start date, end date, period,rate of interest, interest amount, TDS amount, remaining principal amount with TDS shall continue till maturity date or due date. Interest amount and TDS amount should show separately in Coloumn. according to financial year till maturity.most important thing is that as soon as we select the period from drop down menu rate should be apply according to financial year till maturity.automatically
I want this worksheet for both category means simple interest and compounding interest.period should show in period column according to start date and end date. please make video on this subject ASAP. TDS amount limit is 40000 yearly.if Interest crossing 40000in a year then tds to be deducted from interest and balance interest amount continued with principal till maturity date. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Good explanation, but there is a mistake, I created same Excel sheet, but it doesn't takes consideration of the Advance PAyment done. The Interest should go down, if after advance the principal reduces, but the interest and principal payment remains same.
Ya, correctly said.. Interest amount should be reduced once the advance payment is done

One flaw in this.. When we do an advance payment then either the time period or EMI should reduce.. Which is not happening
