WHY IS THERE AN ARM THERE? Spray Paint with me! Partial ASMR~

Spray painting again in the middle of summer here in Texas, humidity got in the way of drying but that's something that a little patience can fix.
What's that? AN ARM? Why in the world would that be there, because I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed!
