This is one of the best tiny house I've seen. They realised the space very nicely. I love the upstairs with two sleeping areas.

You're right it's not a tiny home based on the size of it. I've seen a lot of mobile homes and I've lived in 3 during my lifetime. But I've never seen one this beautiful. I would sell my house buy one like this if I had a place to park it.
The sizes of the screened-in porches are subtracted from the overall length when calculating the size of the home. Only the overall square footage of the inside space, not including the loft, is counted as the homes square footage. The loft is an added bonus space. The height,width and length are the only parts that matter when determining the square footage. So in that case it may very well be a tiny house. Have a nice day 😊
Very nice! I like that it has a downstairs bedroom and the loft area with the split wall for privacy for two beds is nice too, plus the common area. And I love the screened in porches. You can open the sliding doors on both ends to allow a breeze to pass through and not worry about bugs.

I saw it from start to finish. I am a little bias as this was built by my son. He does not cut any corners or sacrifice quality. Also, there is a stackable laundry area in the master bedroom behind the sliding door.
He's done an amazing job. It's obvious he takes pride in his work. This is magnificent!
I have been watching tiny home videos for quite some time now and I have come across a couple of models that I would definitely consider living in sometime in the near future as my home for just my dog and myself. I have definitely fallen in love with this home. I'm not a big fan of the contemporary design of the kitchen cabinets but other than that I am absolutely putting this at the top of my list. I will be seriously downsizing and this home will still allow me to live very comfortably. I'm absolutely in love with the 2 screened-in porches. It has been a must on my list. Thank you so much. Nice layout and product placement, uses. One of the best. My only complaint is the exterior is off. Wrong product and colors. Really like the second song. Never heard it before. Catchy little tune.

Moveable roots in Melbourne florida. We always try to go above and beyond. I had the pleasure of doing the interior trim along with the exterior definitely worth the investment.

Buying tires, axle maintenance would be pricey, and pulling it too. I guess if you moved it once it would be okay, otherwise it's pretty darn nice!
A 40' × 10' Tiny home isn't designed to be frequently moved like a travel trailer. This size home is meant to be put on a designated spot.
Having been following tiny home builders for many years, this build is beautifully designed for full time use. Plenty of room, storage, high end finishes & multiple areas for both privacy & entertaining. This is top on my list. Hopefully next year, I can sell my current properties & finally build my dream home.

I went to look at this on their website. This is 240K. It’s beautiful but a little pricey
The laundry area is missing, but you could probably fit a side-by-side pair under the stairs. I think I saw a dishwasher at the end of the peninsula. I'd change the tub to a large handicapped shower. I prefer eating at a table, so I'd get rid of the fake fireplace, and push the table up against the peninsula and side wall. I'd use the peninsula counter space for some of my small appliances. I'd put my home office between the front door and the tall storage cabinets. The front porch could be used as the living room. I have 2 bad knees and a bad back, so I have no need for a loft. Actually, I'd rather have a larger one floor home. Still, this unit does look nice.
The laundry is in the master It’s right to the right of the bypass doors
In the side closet in the master bedroom is where it is prepped for a stackable washer and dryer.
This one is beautiful---BUT if you are going to make it this big, why not put another small bath upstairs so it's not 3 BR 1 Bath??

Lovely! Love the design and especially the 1st floor bedroom. A suggestion is to make spaces, doors and bathroom wheelchair accessible. You never know what the future brings to one’s health. It could eliminate having to transition to yet another home later on.
I liked the colors. It was misleading how dark and perfect for a forested area, but so deceptively bright once inside. It was the wow factor for me. Unexpected.
