Petzl Zillon Arborist Work Positioning Lanyard

- The Zillon is an adjustable work positioning Lanyard for arborists and tree surgeons by Petzl. The landyard comes as a package with a rope and the mechanical friction device. The device is very compact, cost effective and there are a choice of rope lengths. In this video I take a look at the product and use it for a morning removing a couple trees.

1. It is a Petzl ZILLON, ...not ZILLION
2. Phonetic pronunciation: ZEE-onh (typical French nasal N sound)
3. It sucks that Petzl doesn't sell just the friction chain without the the lanyard rope. Otherwise, I would have purchased one. Instead, I bought the Petzl MICROGRAB rope grab for use with my Sterling TriTech rope lanyard.

@@TheToolnut yeah great rope, mine has just reached the end of its l life and failed loler. Using the Petzl Flow now.
@@MattGlynn Y.B.T performs like an 11.5mm rope but feels like a 12mm in the hand. Smashing with a Z.Z and pulley saver, 👍😁🪓🌲🇮🇪
