I been using spinning more and more. Grew up in the North so it was mandatory up there. Living in the South but picking them up more .Great tips 100%WS
A sissy stick. Lol ive caught many big bass on my spinning rods although i still like my bait casters. Nice tip on the tape for holding the line. Learned the loose drag trick some years back and even enlightened some fishermen on it. But excellent tip for the people not knowing it. Congratulations to the winner and liking your videos
Thanks Hank for the video there were a lot of great tips in this one. Quick question for you. Do you know if K-9 is planning on making sinking braid ? I would be curious to try some out if they do. I’m currently running sunline almight and have been really impressed with it. Thanks as always for your time !!! #HUNDOSQUAD
Good ole bassgeek always find a way to sneak a good tip or 2 in there , spinning rods prolly 90% of the season up here …. Is that K9 a sinking braid ?? Good job on that episode I liked it
I can actually make your spooling easier. No tape needed the lil triangle shape tab on the spool by your right thumb as you put the tape is where you can tie your line to so it can't slip. 👍
I'm pretty new to using spinning reels, so this is very helpful.
Awesome Thank You! Please share

Great video Hank, love the tape trick! What’s the theory behind using the cheap braid for backing? Just to use less of the more expensive braid?
Yes sir! Save money and it lasts for EVER.

Humm that's interesting.
@BassGeek it's there just for that reason I believe but I didn't engineer the spool but all have it.
