Very poor connecting performance this is very disappointing camera. Yeh camera kabhi foran re-connect nahi hota jab light ka break up ho jy ya mostly kuch hi disconnect ho jata phir 6 / 6 hours not connected with wifi connection or na out range sy dekha ja sakta hy
Sir mera ranger 2 camera 150 km door dusre ghar me laga hua hai. maine kal imou ke app ki setting me jaaker logout ke ooper jo clear cache likha tha wahan clear cache ker diya uske thodi der baad camera offline ho gya. 1 maheene pehle bhi maine setting me kuch kiya tha tab bhi offline ho gaya tha uske baad jab 3 din tak theek nahin hua tha to mujhe wahin jaaker camera app se delete ker ke rescan kerna pada tha tab theek hua tha. Ab mai baar baar itni door nahin ja sakta. Ye kaise theek hoga.
Bro camera is not working and even reset button is also not working after just usage of two months camera stopped working and asked brand to provide service as 1 year warrant is there but they are asking to get service from seller but brand should provide. if you people's are also facing a same issue I am filing complaint against brand in consumer court and you people's also file complaint and get justice.
My camera red light is not removing after hardware reset(solid green light on for some sec, then again solid red light turn on). Also it is not moving. What can i do?
I gave mail to xioami official support centre, but they only suggested to hard reset which was not working for this problem. They said otherwise return the product to seller.
