240sx Gets Suspension upgrade

- The 240sx steering rack failed horribly, and the only option was to either spend $700 on a brand new rack and pinion or spend $150 on a 50/50 chance the used one will work, Also got new lower control arms to help get me to the camber I want

Put your seat belt through the steering wheel and lock the belt this will keep you steering wheel straight while ur working on adjustment

Brad if you’re flipping the Audi please check the turbo first for the rattle those 2.0t have a lot of turbo issues and sometimes throws a code for overboosting but they go bad fast

Glad to see you back at it keep up the good work followed Robbie and you and Emerson from the start love the videos shows real mechanicing doing it all urselfs I mechanic as well so I've much respect and ino it's frustrating at times to even get parts when lock down with covid was rediculous were I am I've been interested in opening a UA-cam channel for mechanicing to help people and do builds but I'm abit camera shy have you any advice

Hey brad! Im planning on turboing my ka 240 as well. Any tips on where to buy/installation/ecu/etc?
Hey zak! Personally I have Nistune because I can take it to my local tuner, a lot of people have rsenthalpy, but you have to send in your ecu to get tuned and anytime you want to upgrade or change setups you need to send in again (from my memory)

Why not use the reseal kit and save yourself a headache later on down the road??
It takes about 5-6 hours, I would rather reseal my own, then have it as a spare
@@BradBeauvais I mean.. your "new " one may work but I'd rather put in the effort and reseal the original one and know it's going to last rather than not knowing when I'd have to replace it. That's just me though lol
