But seriously doe, i had no idea HU can do dps so quickly, i've underestimated hunter, i thought it was a slow but resilient class, that WL damage output is impressive. I never learned to do IP, from what i understand it that you can still block while you're doing the pa, but when i do it i cancel out of it with block... At least with ET it's simple, you're invincible, do what you want.
I made a dedicated section about the quick weapon swap at 01:41 . I call this Switch Jump Cancel, and basically it means to shorten the delay of weapon swaping by jumping just before. To illustrate : Sword PA/buff (anything) > Jump > Switch weapon (ASAP) It's really usefull to use WL efficiently on Hunter, but the concept works for every class/weapon.
How do you put out the extra shocks from shock tether so quickly consistently in the beggining of the move? I find myself mashing but I can't squeeze out as much damage.
I’m using an auto click macro possible with my custom controller. Majority of Hunters playing WL a lot have this. It won’t make you deal more damage since there’s a cap on the number of ticks (about 10-12 ticks), and you have easily the time to do that by yourself even if it will maybe take 1-2s instead of 0,5s. So it’s more about QoL, or maximum optimisation in some cases if you want to tether an enemy leaving in a second. But I can’t recommend you to do that, SEGA opinion is kinda blurry about it. All it says is that you’re not allowed to use a software to modify your game and I don’t really know how macros are considered. But since I don’t use any program but only a property of my controller I should be fine. So it’s at your own risk if you want to do that.
Hey, To make videos I'm using multiple presets I found on google from someone called Hitman66. I tend to try different presets according to the location I'm recording, but this one is probably "Coldbane" or "Drybane". But it may appear a little different to you since my videos go through editing and then youtube encoding. But I don't use them aside video making, it looks good but very bright and my eyes don't really like it^^.
