In this video I played 2 games of Geoguessr Australia - Austrlian Cities and Australian Stadiums PLAYALONG: Game 1 (Cities) - www.geoguessr.com/results/cvt8vh6dGerVisyG Game 2 (Stadiums) - www.geoguessr.com/results/CQpRVhECt50myz7w
I had a giggle when you said Caroline Springs for the Melbourne option. Toorak is one of the most expensive suburbs in Melbourne and CS is close to me in the Western Suburbs. You did a good job overall 👍
You did very well with those really...for future reference though the streets if most of the blurred number plates are yellow it is NSW...Alliance stadium the Sydney skyline should have been a dead giveaway with Sydney Tower clearly showing...Cheers Mate!
Eucalypts smell fantastic, but they don't make nearly as good a street tree as deciduous trees do. The Eucalypts are so water efficient and full of oil they're like a huge explosive cactus. They don't put out much of anything in the way of water respiration, so they are almost useless for cooling a street down when it's hot. And they keep their leaves when it's dark during Winter instead of letting in extra light. So a Eucalypt street can look good, but they aren't very functional for increasing the practical amenity of a street. You did so well! Toorak is the second most expensive part of Melbourne After South Yarra. Well done on the stadiums :)
Hi, have you seen "Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, ft Kylie Minogue, "Wild Rose" video yet? Or "Men at Work" "Down Under" official video!? Other Australian music! 🤔
if your interested in Australian stadiums i think there's a video called best stadiums in every state in Australia or something that you could react to.
Adelaide Oval is approx 1.5 km from the centre of Adelaide (Victoria Square). Tennis is played next door to Adelaide Oval and the Adelaide Golf Course in next door to that. The Torrens River splits Adelaide in 2 though not 1/2. There is Adelaide (3/4's) and then North Adelaide (1/4). Adelaide is one of a kind that is for sure. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
@@triarb5790 I don't think it's possible for us Adelaideans to have a melt down. Our entire city the people included do pretty much nothing always. including contributing to the country 😂
that don't quite work (04) are mobilephones - east coast more less have there own but ACT is the same as NSW & VIC is the same as TAS THEN you have NT - SA - WA are all (08) ya have better luck with the number plate
@@paulwilliams5208 Agreed, but note I said easier, not perfect. Google maps blocks out number plates, so phone numbers are a starting point, sometimes they can help to narrow down the state, sometimes the region.
I should do well, I'll see! 😊 Outside Canberra! Perth, wider streets, big houses! 👍 Outer Sydney (bus)? Surprised Qld!! I thought Tasmania, it's green and sparse!! Yep, Toorak, Melbourne! 👍 I remember stadiums, the other too hard! Queensland, Brisbane! 👍 Melbourne! 👍 Randwick, Sydney! 👍 Adelaide! 👍 Sydney Rugby! 👍 😂 Yeah 💪 Good fun, thanks! 😊
"East Brisbane" clicks on the coast, you know Australian cities, that should be a glaring clue you have "east" / "west" / "north" / "south" right BY it's name sake, not some 20km away
The city of Adelaide is the only city in the world that is completely surrounded by parklands. Hence all the greenery on the map. Good on you for picking out the Adelaide Crows beanie. (My beloved team)

Correct Matt, Adelaide is surrounded by parkland, makes it pretty easy to get around.
Yes the Gabba is in Wooloongabba , East Brisbane.
You did very well with those really...for future reference though the streets if most of the blurred number plates are yellow it is NSW...Alliance stadium the Sydney skyline should have been a dead giveaway with Sydney Tower clearly showing...Cheers Mate!
The skyline of the city gave the last one away . Centre Point tower was the giveaway.

You put the pin for Adelaide Oval almost on my house. 🤣
You did really well 👏👏👏 Except for Toorak ( I live in Melbourne), I wouldn't have done any better with the cities 🙂
Well done on the MCG
For me, the round windows at the top or the stand is a gave a way.

Thats because everything is less than 20 minutes apart, or Adelaidians have a melt down.

very interesting Mat thanks
Allance would be Sydney stadium? a I haven’t seen it since they renovated lol

Never heard of Geoguesser. It was fun to watch.
3rd one was down the road from me haha
Toorak is Melbourne posh area
If you learn the area codes for the states it makes it easier with phone numbers on buses and work trucks etc. 02 NSW, 07 Queensland etc
that don't quite work (04) are mobilephones -

Man the first 5 have just been suburbia… without street signs the only way to work those out is being from there…
