I literally had a wry neck last week, easiest for me was to hold the back of my neck with one hand (so my head didn't need my neck muscles), then roll onto my side and use my other arm to do like a sideways one arm push up until I'm sitting straight up. Mine was probably slightly worse cause even rolling onto my side hurt so much.
NAH Nah its ez, implant a magnet into your skull and when you need to get up, put an electromagnet under your head with a potentiometer and slowly increase its repulsive strength until you provide enough force to slowly sit up.
It´s unbelievable michael goes to haunted places, climbs every rock he finds, do all dangerous thing around heavy equipment, and injuries himself while putting shampoo.

I was in Japan late last year and a bad pillow absolutely fucked my neck up. Michael's movements gave me PTSD. I did all of them, including the hair pull technique to get up. Neck pain like that is so horrific, genuinely hope Michael is okay
