Everyone else were frustrated at various things as well but she's the only one who made a scene. Good riddance to her and her international online keyboard warriors who only wanted a white girl who could speak english but had sub-par vocals & dance skills. She had zero charisma & charm and had a RBF throughout the series, even on stage.

exactly. Chanelle was one of the best Vocalists in the show, top 2 even and Jihyun is also apart of being one of the best dancers in the show. They really lost a lot of International Fans before debut.

While I was checking the comment below the youtube and the fan post on weverse, I can see many fans having difficulty in understanding the overall system of this survival, and you must be the one who cannot accept the large portion of coach evaluation rn right? Btw do you know the RUNEXT reported itself "unlike other show, we will have more influence by producers(a.k.a coaches) than other show" before the ep.1 I'm not telling you are wrong. Just wanna say they already indicated what will happen in the show tho it was vague. I was also surprised that about half of total points are determined by coaches over there. It's bit alarming and in that point, I can understand you. If I had been rooting for the only one trainee but got eliminated, I might have blamed coaches for not giving her more compliments and chances. I don't want international fans to get upset by my comments:( I was kinda embarrassed at seeing some toxic fans giving curse at innocent trainees..Just let you know, I know not all of you are in that group. Of course you can say sth whatever it is about program systems etc but we know not everything goes as planned... If it is impossible of bringing eliminated trainees back, I hope they will appear in the very next hybe survival that is coming soon. Lastly, let me add just one more thing. @@arc__4687 your english is very good!! definitely better than my korean lol i completely agree that attacking the other girls is wrong, and many other fans feel the same way. the ones i have seen attacking other contestants are usually very young themselves and probably don’t understand the consequences, but it’s really no excuse. a lot of us also understand that R U NEXT is a company survival show and will take the judges input in mind more compared to other survival shows, but at the same time it felt like the voting system was useless if a contestant so popular got eliminated in such a way. i know in korea chanelle is not popular, but abroad she was the most popular contestant in the community and basically everyone was rooting for her, even people who didn’t watch the show. this is actually the first time i have seen a survival show contestant so widely liked abroad, and also the first time i have seen such an outrage over an elimination. unfortunately this show was the last chance for a lot of these trainees. it’s reported that after the show they left the company and many older contestants like funa and moa (and now reportedly chanelle) had to give up their dreams and go home. that is also why a lot of us were upset :( i think that korean fans and global fans views tend to differ a lot on survival shows, but i think we can agree that hybe seems to have already had a preferred debut lineup in mind before the show even began. i think that if chanelle were eliminated in a more fair way, there would be much less outrage. i am usually not one to believe conspiracies, but i do think certain contestants were given higher scores than they probably deserved whereas some other trainees were scored a lot lower than they deserved, that’s all.

Even if it's hard to let such talent go (the thought of not seeing her on the next ep. has not sinked in yet) but I do hope that she will eventually find her true purpose and debut as a soloist or in a different group. Either way, I will continue to support her no matter what.♡

The dynamics we could've had with Jihyun, Jeemin, Youngseo being in the same group 🤦♂. They were all BFF. She was a top tier visual, and had great personality, cute and bubbly but also girl crush. 5/6 of my picks were all in the top 6 Moka, Jeemin, Youngseo, Iroha and Minju. But I don't think I can 100% support this group like I will with YGNGG BabyMonster. If only they can bring contestants back like JYP.

( the fact that i'm not really into this kinda sh*t but when i saw chanelle on my fyp i really really really thinks that this GIRL NEEDS TO DEBUT, but then this??!!!) WTH!!
CHANELLE AND JIHYUN!! 😭💗 It's my first time saying this about a trainee, but they seriously need to bring her back idc. I'm pretty sure she is still in SOKOR, and the finale live will be next week; the most intelligent thing they can do is pull a Momo on her. CHANELLE has served vocals, dance, rap and visuals throughout her whole RUN on this show. I could care less on the votes by the live audience (the only differences in the points between trainee #1 and trainee #12 was just by 100+ for that), but the ones by the judges obviously had more impact in general. The fact she received one of the lowest points by the judges, when they were the SAME ones who didn't allow her to change song is crazy to me. And mind you, they also criticized Jiwoo for singing "differently" in a song she didn't want to perfom as well. Her elimination doesn't make sense to me at all. It's genuily stupid considering it's supposed to be a global girl group: a show that started with two thai trainees, five japanese trainees, two korean-american trainees, and the rest being koreans, ended up with only three japanese trainees going to the finals. HYBE needs to be serious for once and change the game. The elimination of a trainee who in the top6 for the third round, is senseless, the rules here are a joke. What's the point of voting if the ones who have more weight are the votes by the live audience + judges'? The whole LEVEL system was stupid already (considering it was poorly executed) and because of it loads of talented trainees got eliminated unfairly. The fact that the votes by the live audience + judges weight more is absolutely garbage, if anything be domestic + global votes being 70%, live audience + judges 30% + benefits. The whole current voting so far makes it easy for judges to eliminate and lift up who they want. I refure to believe Chanelle is no longer on this show...I'll keep supporting my lovely girls, but HYBE, the next time you decide to hold another survival I'd love if you EXCLUSIVELY bring people who actually give tips to the girls and makes them feel at ease (like SOOYOUNG), people who actually give tips to improve the trainees without bashing and making fun of them. One more thing: eliminating Chanelle (and Jihyun) was one of the most horrendous mistakes the judges could ever make. CHANELLE, I'M ROOTING FOR YOU, MY LOVE! PLEASE, TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND STAY HEALTHY LOVE. JIHYUN, SWEETHEART...I can't even express my disappointment in this show not giving you the chance to debut. While I was checking the comment below the youtube and the fan post on weverse, I can see many fans having difficulty in understanding the overall system of this survival, and you must be the one who cannot accept the large portion of coach evaluation rn right? Btw do you know the RUNEXT reported itself "unlike other show, we will have more influence by producers(a.k.a coaches) than other show" before the ep.1 I'm not telling you are wrong. Just wanna say they already indicated what will happen in the show tho it was vague. I was also surprised that about half of total points are determined by coaches over there. It's bit alarming and in that point, I can understand you. If I had been rooting for the only one trainee but got eliminated, I might have blamed coaches for not giving her more compliments and chances.
I don't want international fans to get upset by my comments:( I was kinda embarrassed at seeing some toxic fans giving curse at innocent trainees..Just let you know, I know not all of you are in that group. Of course you can say sth whatever it is about program systems etc but we know not everything goes as planned... If it is impossible of bringing eliminated trainees back, I hope they will appear in the very next hybe survival that is coming soon.
Lastly, let me add just one more thing. No matter who makes her debut, trainees you were(or are) stanning for are their friends. Please do not turn your feeling to them. Imo your stan would not want that either. They are all same in that their dream is to be an idol and they tried their best at every single performance with a lot of stress and pressure behind the stage. If you can, I want you to wish luck for the bright future of the last 6 members(or it might be more I think)

i completely agree that attacking the other girls is wrong, and many other fans feel the same way. the ones i have seen attacking other contestants are usually very young themselves and probably don’t understand the consequences, but it’s really no excuse.
a lot of us also understand that R U NEXT is a company survival show and will take the judges input in mind more compared to other survival shows, but at the same time it felt like the voting system was useless if a contestant so popular got eliminated in such a way. i know in korea chanelle is not popular, but abroad she was the most popular contestant in the community and basically everyone was rooting for her, even people who didn’t watch the show. this is actually the first time i have seen a survival show contestant so widely liked abroad, and also the first time i have seen such an outrage over an elimination.
unfortunately this show was the last chance for a lot of these trainees. it’s reported that after the show they left the company and many older contestants like funa and moa (and now reportedly chanelle) had to give up their dreams and go home. that is also why a lot of us were upset :(
i think that korean fans and global fans views tend to differ a lot on survival shows, but i think we can agree that hybe seems to have already had a preferred debut lineup in mind before the show even began.
i think that if chanelle were eliminated in a more fair way, there would be much less outrage. i am usually not one to believe conspiracies, but i do think certain contestants were given higher scores than they probably deserved whereas some other trainees were scored a lot lower than they deserved, that’s all.

It's my first time saying this about a trainee, but they seriously need to bring her back idc. I'm pretty sure she is still in SOKOR, and the finale live will be next week; the most intelligent thing they can do is pull a Momo on her. CHANELLE has served vocals, dance, rap and visuals throughout her whole RUN on this show. I could care less on the votes by the live audience (the only differences in the points between trainee #1 and trainee #12 was just by 100+ for that), but the ones by the judges obviously had more impact in general. The fact she received one of the lowest points by the judges, when they were the SAME ones who didn't allow her to change song is crazy to me. And mind you, they also criticized Jiwoo for singing "differently" in a song she didn't want to perfom as well. Her elimination doesn't make sense to me at all. It's genuily stupid considering it's supposed to be a global girl group: a show that started with two thai trainees, five japanese trainees, two korean-american trainees, and the rest being koreans, ended up with only three japanese trainees going to the finals. HYBE needs to be serious for once and change the game. The elimination of a trainee who in the top6 for the third round, is senseless, the rules here are a joke. What's the point of voting if the ones who have more weight are the votes by the live audience + judges'? The whole LEVEL system was stupid already (considering it was poorly executed) and because of it loads of talented trainees got eliminated unfairly. The fact that the votes by the live audience + judges weight more is absolutely garbage, if anything be domestic + global votes being 70%, live audience + judges 30% + benefits. The whole current voting so far makes it easy for judges to eliminate and lift up who they want. I refure to believe Chanelle is no longer on this show...I'll keep supporting my lovely girls, but HYBE, the next time you decide to hold another survival I'd love if you EXCLUSIVELY bring people who actually give tips to the girls and makes them feel at ease (like SOOYOUNG), people who actually give tips to improve the trainees without bashing and making fun of them. One more thing: eliminating Chanelle (and Jihyun) was one of the most horrendous mistakes the judges could ever make. CHANELLE, I'M ROOTING FOR YOU, MY LOVE! PLEASE, TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND STAY HEALTHY LOVE. JIHYUN, SWEETHEART...I can't even express my disappointment in this show not giving you the chance to debut. You already proved since day 1 the fact your talent alone deserves to be headed to the finals, yet, because of how garbegey the system of this show is, you couldn't make it to the finishing line. This is genuily unfair. I saw what the judges couldn't see in you because they were too focused on nitpicking what they BLATANTLY ignored sereval times on this show. I'M ROOTING FOR YOU AS WELL!
