that noise is burnt into my memories XD
I can still remember I only had some internet on minutes very early on as my parents needed to pay by minute XD
Gen X laughs in monochrome displays.
I remember the AOL discs for the computers
Saying that as if Gen z never saw the same thing
Older Gen Z‘s definitely! I was born in 2000, so I get it, but the yountest Gen Z‘s (born in 2012) will not get it!
By the time gen z was allowed to use the internet on their own, dialup was extinct. in 2000 40% of Americans had the option of getting dialup. In 2010, when you were 10, at most, only 3% of Americans even had the option of dialup internet.
remember when web browsers had no tabs?
Im from 95, never had that super slow stuff, but did have like 500kb/s download speed on a good day, so i think i still get it to some degree
Really? I'm 92 and remember going from nothing, to dial up, to broadband. You ever have to deal with the idea of not being able to make a phone call if someone was on the internet?
Yes this good old Sound 😂😂😂
"I'm gonna ruin this Gen Z' whole career" lol
Oh yes new generation can not understand that🙃
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
AOL dial up
I 'member! Also I remember the internet downloading speeds. AH! Those were simpler times.

Я скучаю по видосам на русском :(
The click clacks inside the tower means it's thinking.

They still do, just faster now. Try to load a really high resolution image on just okay wifi and you'll get the same thing
I remember it was like -95 or -96 and my buddy and me were 12-13 years old and searching for “naked women” on the internet. Literally loaded line by line. Imagine the anticipation for the good parts. 😂
