@@shortallliam3142 His talk is like he played anybody would think he was a world beater in his day. He was at best a bit of a journeyman player and would not be regarded as a competent pundit.

John O Shea is currently not good enough at present, good management in any business is to keep continuity and the new guy is doing just that allowing O'shea's input at this stage, if we give him the benefit of the doubt. Kenny was a disaster our current world ranking proves that.
We are football minnows, and won’t be anywhere near competing against decent teams, never mind England. The ask is way too big to compete. The scrappy defensive goofball stuff is all we have against big teams. No manager even Pep can’t manage a minnow to beat a big team 😂
If you think Kenny was a disaster, you will be horrified when you see the very same thing happening under the new manager. The players just aren’t there.
@@TOFB You just cannot blame it on not having players in Kenny's case he just didn't get it he was nieve to think the quality of players we have ( which is what you mean )
We're good enough to play a passing progressive he never played them as they played for their clubs trying to change players methods qualities etc in a short space of time was ludicrous. If this new manager (who I think will be pragmatic) is not 100 times better I'll show my bum on O'Connells Bridge. You must have clairvoyant powers to predict how he's going to perform. COYBIG

Keith Tracey is way too negative with assessment, and talking up Greece like they are world beaters, give me a break they're 3 places ahead of us in the rankings! If we can sort out the centre of the park we'll be a decent side
He is damn right about Greece. They are a very well organised and good team. They were unlucky to loose 2_1.to germany in a match before the euros.
On the other hand we got hammered by a Portugal team. 4_0.
A portugal team who really struggled against average teams in the euros.
I think it's safe to say at the moment Greece are a level or two above us.
Greece are improving! They were way behind a time stage so their position needs to be taken in context. We done have a decent midfield at the moment.
