Great thing about these vids, is that they are real time. You see these fantastic thumbnail images, and then see rafy put this together in under 30 minutes. Awesome to watch.
Nice one rafy A. Can't overstate on helpful these tutorials are for those who are intermediate photoshop users and don't need commentary. I find the opportunity to see the overall workflow particularly useful.

Rafy, I'm a big fan of your job. Let me give you a suggestion to improve your workflow withe the masking of the hair: In this image you could have easily used channels. I highly recommend you watching Joel Grimes tutorial for hair masking. This will help you to step up your game.
The hair part of the picture is not good, so I decided to use the brush to make it, there is a missing recording part when I do that. But I admit it looks not good result. Thanks for your advice Nicolas.

Sir I have a question💭❓, I watch lots of manipulation of different channels including u, the question is why u take grey as a background color?? Most of the vedios of different channels take grey as a bg colour
Grey moslty in 50% or 808080 as hex code is a neutral non effective in color, hue and saturation. You would use any other color as well to fill some gradient between two different backgrounds but you'd haveto adjust this color for any change, whereas on top of grey you could just put a layer of solid color and change it's HSL and belding mode if necessary.
That is also why it's working when dodging and burning, for an grey filled overlay layer
