When day come for my retirement and finally decide to come back home, and with budget of 5 -7.5 million is reasonable to put up in somewhere Northern Mindanao. Congrats for having your videos of which I enjoyed watching from North America.
Not bad. Cheaper than Mahogany Place at Acacia Estates, but better landscaped. There appears to be real sidewalks, and no visible power lines, so I'm assuming underground lahat. Too bad Ayala did not add roof deck access, that could easily add another 1M to the price.
The biggest downside is the location, it's not really near anywhere. But, it's not that expensive rin naman. And malayo from malls, pero that means it's also farther from the fault line compared to The Grove or Acacia Estates.
I like presentation clear loud the style of the house which is really good, good luck and god bless you hopefully next year after this virus which horrible year

What i don't like most about modern 2 to 3-storey-house design is that balcony, stairway, and fence railings are child-safety hazard being installed horizontally...architects seem to be prioritizing aesthetics over safety on this particular style...
agree. horizontal design of railings is more pleasing to the eyes compare to vertical, but prone to accidents especially for children

- the garage's roof reminds me of makati's waiting shed
- not a fan of the stair's design, looks weak. i prefer solid wood on rc or with middle support
- modern/minimalist exterior but outdated interior
