Glad you mentioned the sunscreen. I’m 3 years older than my brother and look 10 years younger. Three guesses as to which one of us regularly applied sunscreen when spending the day outside.

Good video! Thanks for the tips. As a theme park enthusiast I usually wear golf shorts with a couple of zipper pockets which come in very handy. T shirts are also my go to, but I need comfortable shoes to walk around in all day, so I wear some retro New Balances. Not sure I can do vans anymore at theme parks, but they sure look great. Also a hat for me is a must on hot days. I just attach the back of them to my pants and they are pretty secure that way. But it you can go hatless, that’s awesome because it’s one less thing to worry about.

I go to parks alot. I definitely second the emphasis on pockets you don't want to pay for lockers and other things I recommend bottoms with a zippers so you don't lose phone, wallet, keys. I usually don't wear zippers on my pants I have a couple pairs of shorts just for theme parks! Awesome video!

Great sunscreen tip!
I would also recommend checking the active ingredients of sunscreen too. Generally, kids sunscreen has less harsh chemicals that could dry/damage skin, and it has better SPF protection. In addition, look for mineral sunscreens like ones with zinc oxide in it. Natural minerals are easier on your skin and protect you better than traditional spray.
Going to need to build confidence for those shorter inseam shorts though LOL

solid advice, except if youre walking all day you can do a lot better than Vans, you want something with more support and comfort, i recommend a good new balance or hoka
3:10 if you want to wear short socks i recommend getting silicone ankle plasters/bandaids. They stick super well and prevent any pain.
For most water rides shorts are more comfortable in my opinion otherwise breezy pants are perfectly fine. Thanks for the video my friend! I miss my Summer trips to Fl to see family but I'm sure someday I'll return.

Another tip is to not wear cotton socks. They are terrible when they get wet and can cause blisters. merino wool socks are much better
