Bro try going to the sim card settings and in connection type do the auto mode which fixed the problem for me

I've tried at least six of these things already from people posting and none of them work on a 1 year old realme phone i'm only able to make very few phone calls in the risk make a half a ring and then disconnect change sim cards everything nothing work
