You should have taken Malta and Granada from Spain, those two provinces have the best great projects for conquest. I think Byzantium has a mission that they can use the Kaaba in Mecca too.

@@ronswith636 occupy the capitals of the emperor and the electors in a war. If you allied some of the electors, you don’t need occupy those, just the ones that you are not allied with. Make sure you get all of them in 1 war because you can’t do 2 separate wars against the HRE.
