Also you can’t compare the India and China when they were poor. China was destroyed because of the war. India was destroyed due to centuries of colonization. And India was divided amongst itself by the colonizers whereas China wasn’t. Both India and China were looted but in different ways where China could bounce back but it would much harder for India to do the same because of the long lasting effects were much harder on India.
