Truly the colonial mentality!!! The younger the generation the more access to international media, largely dominated by America or others, and results in envy! You should try watching ms. Universe Philippines' customes it is mind blowing. The designer did a very good job with all the dresses the beautiful women used. ❤️❤️❤️
You should also include the handkerchief it's part of the custume ..and also what we call "alampay" it's like a wrap around the shoulder with a nice clump or pin in the middle . You usually put alampay when its not a puff sleeve dress ..
