My 7 year old who has adhd and has trouble falling asleep... He listens to it every night for bed to help him fall asleep . and helps him regulate his breathing when he is have a big emotion.
So does mine my daughter and I have it play at nap times and bed time and she is just so peaceful and quiet and falls asleep 😊it’s beautiful
I have ADHD and I literally cannot fall asleep, but this does help me with my anxiety

thank you to the creator i really needed this ever since i discovered this type of music I've started listening to it daily and I've become a much happier person but every now and then i just have to hide away in my room cry and listen to this sometimes i even fall asleep. and to all the other people out there who really need this don't worry change will come soon it never lasts i promise just find your happy place in the music and let go it may not let you escape the emotions your dealing with for long but it will help you don't worry you are not the only one and never will be🥰

That made me sleep well
I've been struggling with questioning my beliefs and my life, but I feel like this music just helps me calm my nerves. Since I started school this year, it has been extremely hard and tiring with all the pressure, and anxiety and this music just let's me have some peace. So if you're like me, an average pressured highschooler, don't worry because as long as you stay calm and give it all to God then all your problems will become easier. Don't expect too much from yourself, nobody is perfect, even tho our society doesn't allow us to believe that with social media and certain people. But dont listen to them, look only at God and he will help you through your journey with him. Love you, now stop scrolling through social media and go to sleep! ❤❤
