Been waiting for a proper main event fued between these two for the better part of a decade! When Punk retired I thought I'd never get to see it but here we are. FINALLY. My two favorites going head to head and it has a BIG fight feel to it.

I really liked that they opened the show with this and later they continued fighting when Mox interrupted the Tony Nese match. That is something that doesn't usually happens on Dynamite...it was really nice to see something like that for a change.
I love Mox’s rivalries/storylines. They start off as something small and grow into something bigger and personal.

I'm burning up. It's the perfect show. All my high expectations were met. From the very beginning, CM Punk turned on the exorbitant level of his oratorical skills and showed who is in charge here. Mox did not put up with it and we are waiting for an extremely emotional confrontation and I am sure that this will not end next week 🔥🔥
I'm getting really invested in AEW, the first few years felt like the dust was settling after construction but now that the foundation is set and the wrestlers know each-other better things are starting to get a bit more personal in promos, which makes for better matches. If I were Moxley and Punk said that shit about me, work or not I'd be getting up at 1am and grabbing some Hateorade from the fridge while thinking about punching him in the face.

Man what a fire episode of Dynamite today! AEW keeps on getting better every week, Kenny’s return, the 2 out of 3 falls match, and the CM Punk and Jon Moxley promo/brawl stole the show today. The Punk and Moxley feud adds tremendous long term storytelling on if Moxley really is 3rd best and if he can prove Punk wrong on that.
