    Video is to do the test in our factory before shipping to our client's factory by using our 3rd Staineless Steel Generation Drum Biomass Carbonization Furnace.
    3rd Stainless Steel Generation Drum Biomass Carbonization Furnace is upgraded model with in- direct heating system, it equipped with individual Calcining compartment, recycled gas will become hot airflow return to heating chamber to heat up the furnace. Meanwhile drum will made by stainless steel, 304, 310S optional. The high-temperature combustion chamber of the main engine uses a hot channel method to allow the combustible flue gas to burn evenly, and maintains the carbonization temperature of the main engine barrel through thermal radiation. The secondary combustion chamber burns the excess flue gas at high temperature and then transports it to the multi-tube cooler for the next cooling process.
    This system is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, dust-free, smoke-free and tasteless. The direct-fired type does not produce wood tar and wood vinegar. It adopts the stainless drum dry distillation and carbonization method to make full use of the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and hydrogen generated in the carbonization process. The gas purification system separates dust (the dust will enter the cold carbon machine with the cold carbon equipment) and pure combustible gas, and then fully burns through the self-distributing air burner to heat the high temperature carbonization equipment (the temperature is generally controlled at about 700-800 ℃ ).
    Advantages:

    ● 2. The furnace body is equipped with a screw feeder, which can automatically and evenly distribute the material, making the carbonization even and sufficient, improving the carbonization efficiency and achieving continuous carbonization of the material.
    ● 3. The carbonization of materials is carried out under anaerobic conditions. The spiral carbon discharge device is designed to transport the carbonized particles and powder to ensure the continuity and stability of the discharge.
    ● 4. The furnace body equipped with temperature measurement devices.
    ● 5. The flue gas and tar generated by combustion during the entire carbonization process are collected and separated by the smoke oil condensation device, and the remaining gas is led to the outside of the main furnace through the induced draft fan and heated.
    ● 6. The amount of combustible gas produced is greater than the amount used in the carbonization process. The excess combustible gas can be collected and utilized. The excess hot flue gas can be used to heat the dryer or combustion boiler (the gas produced by the carbon-gas co-production is here. ), the remaining flue gas is discharged through the dust removal system, which has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.
