For all those who are saying we lose volume or cant style it proparly after shampoo . Firstly this happens to only thin or fine hair people cz our hair density isnt too much to stay up . Haircare routine depends on u , i too hv fine hair but a lots of it and my hair also cant style after shampoo . Now tlking about wht i do :-
I shampoo only once in 10 days with an anti dandruff shampoo at night to remove all product build up then guys pls use castor oil for thin hair people its so much good to us use it by mixing it with coconut oil + castor oil + vitamine E capsule (optional). Apply it overnight and then shampoo again with only mild shampoo not too much just to remove oil in morning and u will see u can style ur hair much better than only shampoo in morning as castot oil is thick its also a lifesaver for thin hairs as it increases its density also to some extend .
Once u tried this u will fall in love with ur hair . Ur hair will also be healthy no need to shampoo too much its enough.
Important tip :- Eat lots of water and try to take multivitamins of any medium quality it will only cost u Rs under 100 .
Improving ur hair quality internally is much needed .
