I swear miss Debbie your little antics dem be cracking me up. I miss home and the sense of humor. We Jamaicans really know how to give nuff jokes. I like how you try to keep Jamaican dishes authentic because some people give a very run down Americanize version of the true old time ways of cooking Jamaican food. My grandmother, may her soul rip in peace would bake a big pudding pan of potato pudding every friday with grater cakes, Drops, Puff, Toto, and a slu of other bake things for a living, and she always would bake on her coal pot outside with the pudding. Lord, I could see her now in my mind trying to move the coal with her bare hands.

YES girl u know ne no cornmeal mon
So Aunty Debby...Could i cut up and blend the potato from the start instead?
I have heard of people of cutting up then blending it
I cut up and blend from the beginning. It does yield a softer pudding so ensure you add enough dry ingredients to make it less soft.
Or put it in a food processor
Where was i in these older videos maybe in a bush mouth lol 🙏🏿🙌🏾👏🏾👍😘🥰😍🤗💖💕🌷🌷🇯🇲🇺🇸

Any baking powder added?
Ms Deb I have a question , can I use the coconut milk to blend the potato instead of grating the sweet potato
yes but it might be a little coarse i saw some one just blend it straight and it was not that melt in ur mouth texture but try still
