Hello Neighbor 2 finally got a new AI trailer for Alpha 2, and today I will be talking about my thoughts, and reacting to the trailer! I hope you enjoy!!!

I need to say, I'm proud of tinybuild. When they were making HL1 they would release an alpha like every month, preatty much quantity over quality. While now they're going for quality... I mean I hope they are

Can i be honest?
I’m excited and a bit worried about this trailer, excited because alpha 1.5 was literally the best hello neighbor game ever, PERIOD, i’ve never spend so much ours into a game, literally replaying save files and doing perfect runs, trying to experiment the AI.
Worried, Because the guest was the NEW thing about HN 2 even the plot,
From this trailer i can tell that the premise is a slightly different HN 1 type setup, UNLESS, in a later part of the game the whole find the neighbor with the guest part is going to happen, but tiny build has done so much wrong with the first game that it’s quite possible that the guest becomes not central, and is just HN 1 but just improved, I want a sequel, not a Hn 1.5, The house that we see, seems to have some bigger parts, with gates, AGAIN i’m having act 3 ptsd all over again, Hello guest alpha 1 had pretty much the same problems of Hn1 especially AI and Puzzles, Hn2 alpha 1.5 gave us some more normal things, Remove the fences to get the fire extinguisher, but be careful of the guest, If the house is so big, then the Open world part would be severely damaged, and the difficulty would be ridiculous if the AI is much more smarter and aggressive than 1.5, and then again Act 3 PTSD of staying hours into the neighbor house with a terrible AI, or just puzzles.
Now, This is speculation, but if tinybuild Fucked up the first game badly It could mean either them improving or just doing the same with the first game, i need to see this myself hands on, if we ignore all this negative possibilities, we might have another great alpha.
I'm pretty sure this video is only alpha 2. Each alpha shows a chapter of the final game, so we will see the guest back

I think Hello Neighbor would work fine in a creepy-mansion and not a suburban house, you could inflitrate past the entrance security, the Neighbor could be involved in some creepy CIA-like projects to add that creepiness, after all, the Neighbor could be a rich man involved in creepy and dirty things

Hello Neighbor 2 supposedly takes place shortly after Hello Neighbor Act 2. Nicky has escaped Mr. Peterson’s house, and Mr. Peterson fled the scene. He resides in an abandoned house, hiding from the police, as he has been marked as Wanted and Dangerous. You as Quentin decide to look into the case further in-depth, not knowing what you’re really getting yourself into. Mr. Peterson is angrier than ever, and will stop at nothing to keep his secret intact, and avoid incarceration.
Why can’t you just report the guy?
If it were that simple, Hello Neighbor 2 would be short and concise. Mr. Peterson was always one step ahead of the police, and you. Remember, Mr. Peterson managed to dodge blame multiple times, so what’s stopping him from dodging this? To put it simple, the man’s smart. Too smart. He knows about the holes in the law system, and uses them to keep the police away from him. This is why people are too afraid to report him, that he may come after them. So they just avoid his odd house, and him in general.
Remember in the trailer there was a different house being used? Mr. Peterson cycles between 2 or 3 different houses to throw the police off of his location. The regular house he grew up in was being investigated by the police, as you may have saw in that reveal trailer, and he drives his car out of the area, but you spot him. He goes to another house (the abandoned house I mentioned earlier) and resides there until things cool down at his real place.
My theory is that Peterson will cycle through different houses to throw you off. When the police find where he is, he’ll just cycle back to another house, based off of how corrupt the law is in Raven Brooks.
That was a mouthful and may not make much sense, but I hope it does for some people.
