It's ok, you don't have to be sad! Butterflies have a visual field of 360° vertically, and 344° horizontally. They can absolutely see their own wings!
By way of comparison, humans have a visual field of 190°, so we can't see our own backs. Which would be kind of sad if we had wings, but at least we have mirrors.
I'm pretty sure butterflies don't get sad because they can't see their own wings. That's a human thing to do.

A clear night sky still strikes me with the same childish fascination I felt stargazing as a kid in Colorado. I’m not ashamed to admit I began to tear up watching this video because I would stargaze with my sister and mother when I was a boy, and although my mom passed on almost 30 years ago, I still see her looking down on me every time I look into the clear night sky. I miss my mother dearly but as time goes on I’ve come to cherish those moments so much more.

how do you know we deserve it?
To be able to see the stars from the naked eye is the greatest thing a person can see. It just makes you think about the blissfull memories in your head. And I would imagine if you were to sit out on a mountain or a cliff in a snowy place, you would feel as if nothing existed in that specific time. Just the feeling alone is enough to make you feel things like you wouldn't believe. That's what my dream in terms of general life is. To be able to have the time to go to Iceland or someplace quiet, at night with my future wife, and just sit and watch time pass through the stars. That, for me is the best thing to ever see. ❤
I mean it was normal a couple of centuries back. Light pollution came to stay, it's not going anywhere, but at least we should consider leaving some places dark, and not only deserts or forests, it'd be nice to be able to see the stars more often and not having to go really far from cities or any kind of civilization bc sometimes even small towns produce enough light pollution to hide a very considerable part of the night sky.

Thousands of thoughts and questions rushing through my head everytime I watch the sky. It’s like watching away from every problem we have on this beautiful pale blue dot that we call planet or earth. Don’t get me wrong I’m not depressed or whatever but why is there war? Why all the hate? Why all that separation? All that jealousy around the world. Life without death isn’t possible. We should cherish it. Embrace it. Follow our dreams. Smile, listen to music and not hate eachother. Not have to worry about food every day.
I once heard someone said after being asked about what is the meaning of life? He answered: maybe the meaning of life is just to live it. Nothing else.
This message was just so powerful to me. Some people say having kids, buy a house and have a good job. Some people say explore the world learn new cultures etc. But at the end of the day the meaning of life is just to live. This will stick to me for the rest of my life. It’s a powerful answer to a question that probably every human might have.
I’m not depressed but I have a rough time right now. Yet i got clean running water, something to eat and a bed to sleep in. I don’t judge. I’m not jealous of anyone.

you know what's equally amazing? Any given star you are looking at may not even exist anymore! Its just so far away that it's light is only now reaching your eyes. Every time you look into space, you are looking back in time.

If you want to blow your mind go lay down outside and look up at the stars...then think in a relative sense that there is no up. You could very well be stuck upside down looking down at the stars. Only gravity holding you flat against the Earth preventing you from falling into a galactical abyss. It always gave me a cool sense of vertigo as a kid and I'd want to cling on to the grass so I didn't fall down into space. Not that there's a down either. 🙃

I still get the same naive sense of wonder when I look up at a clear night sky as when I was a child in Colorado. I'm not ashamed to say that while I watched this movie, I started crying. When I was a boy, my sister and I used to stargaze, and even though my mom died away about 30 years ago, I can still sense her watching over me every time I look up at the clear night sky. Although I miss my mother terribly, I've learned to value such times even more with time.

No one knows the exact day hour /But we can see the signs events all around us. And by the timeline, Israel is 80 years and 1 generation span according to bible text will be around 2027 , which israel was declared first in 1947 + 80 years = 2027 . so we know we dont have 10 years left as this is 2022 so the rapture, then the tribulation will be before 2030 for sure.

One of my favorite stargazing experiences was during my cousins open house. It was a dark and clear night and my cousin was talking to his friends over in there garage while I sat on a trampoline in the backyard. As I stared at the stars above me and laid back on the trampoline, I felt like I was laying on a tube in a pool of pure black water. And all my problems just vanished. It was an incredible feeling and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves this kinda stuff on UA-cam. Wishing you well from Michigan!
