I have seen videos on SMC at many places and have read it in many books in many courses but your videos have made things a lot easier because if I talk about my country India, then people here are concerned about SMC and market structure. I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio of $450k dwindle away is such an eye -sore.
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.
I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

Very nicely explained, multiple times shown in example how finding swing points are important, on pull back order flow, then choch, then Bos, new swing points, and on choch , find point of int i.e area of D/S, move to Lower TF for entry and target for pre swing points. Hey there, I have been trading for about a few months now and just about every trade slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points . I try to do top down analysis and MTF analysis, but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take(I know, it sounds stupid but I was desperate) and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?

Best explanation so far... Very simply explained
I do the Ext. Structure in swing points, but my Int. Structure is not swings, I find that it is better to do every move up then down or move down then up. If you treat it like that, the CHoCH still appears way earlier and if you wait for the confirmation pullback afterwards, it can typically be a sniper entry and increase trading range.
Edit: I will add, depending on your time frame like any other marking of market structure, depending on time frame also depends on entry, I strictly use the daily so I get all same levels but it is slower for me and I get into market less. I am still trying to learn the best way to use the Daily for all my levels (SL/SH/BOS/CHoCH/Fib/OB/FVG) and the 1HR for my internal structure (H/L/BOS/CHoCH) and Entry to make them even better with less drawdown.
