Am I the only one here who really likes Deathstroke? Especially as an antihero?

Deathstroke is my favorite character
He’s my favorite villain/anti villain in all of fiction. And the voice they used in this game is my favorite voice he’s ever had. The perfect amount of authentic age and confidence. Much as I like Rob Pearlman, this Slade is closer to the one in comics and this voice is closer to how I feel a Slade should sound

Deathstroke Insurgency is probably one of the most unique characters in the DC Universe (even if he comes out mainly from Injustice). He's got a great armor, tough character with enemies, guns and sword (sometimes kattana) of course, and knows how to do things with a plan. He even stopped Wonder Woman's fist (yes, he's a failed experiment). Injustice brings great characters even if they're alternates of the main dimension. :D

deathstroke is the only reason I play injustice. what happened to him in the story? he just disappeard. he had an important role. can someone tell me what happened to him?

i feel the same (about mask) but for different reason i think it helps sell the "heartless masked monster" of a character he is and is portrayed as...and deathstroke is a MONSTER of a villain. im talking about combat ability. this is what i know he can/has done/does or did:
use all types of guns efficiently
always carries at least 2 pistols, 2 (or more) swords, 2 smg's, 1 high caliber sniper rifle, a staff multiple military grade expolosive and tactical devices
beat ALL FIVE/SIX teen titans at once in a fight almost always(the ONLY time he has EVER lost is when one titan got a lucky hit or when he was surprised by a titan he thought was dead)
beaten the teen titans (as stated above) using at MOST his hands, feet, and a staff NOTHING ELSE he didn't even use all his skills (guns swords)
can regenerate from ghastly wounds including being shot in the head point blank range and being dead for weeks(comics)
died in lava came back to life
is an equal match in a fight against deadpool losing only because of deadpool's regeneration canceling katana
can dodge bullets
can CATCH bullets
caught a (high caliber high speed sniper rifle)bullet fired at him from very long range while fighting batman
is regarded as the best tactician in the dc comics world
(in the comics) was noted to be able to beat batman easily as batman said he was too old to fight deathstroke
HAS NO SUPER POWERS excluding augmented healing factor
can process information 9 times faster than a normal human being
has a freaking epic appearance
why would you EVER want to fight anyone who has done all this...no matter how you look at it deathstroke is a serious badas$

I always liked Deathstroke because all his weapons are modern and down-to-Earth. They're weapons a soldier uses. He doesn't use fancy gadgets like Batman or a specific weapon like Green Arrow.
to be fair, green arrow's weapon choice is more versatile than guns since his arrows can have all sorts of custom effects that are useful when engaging meta humans and the fact that half of his moves involve explosives or advanced tech like freezing arrows makes it believable that he can actually deal damage to people who are strong enough to survive superman's punches because they took superpills.
In fact, guns are the most unrealistic weapon to be using in this scenario. Everyone has taken superpills making them immune to gunfire as evidenced by when joker takes a whole mag of assault rifle fire from a regime soldier literally seconds after consuming a superpill.
Its only for game mechanics that guns even deal damage in this game. That said I do agree its absolutely ridiculous that batman makes all of his gadgets bat shaped. its really gaudy.
However, outside the context of the injustice universe I totally agree with you. deathstroke's weapons and tactics all feel like someone who's actually trying to fight, instead of trying to put on a show with some cheesy theme.
Cyborg has the same voice actor from Teen Titans and like him, he even calls Deathstroke by his actual name.

I love DeathStroke, he's my favorite DC character! But how the hell can he even stack up to Shazam and Wonder Woman? Esp. seeing this 9:51.
He's clever and skillful and can even stand up against all the Teen Titans. Knowing Wonder Woman and Shazam, these two can stand up against Superman.
Rasheed Thomas they get some sort of performance enhancing pill (been ages since I played), it's briefly explained during the game's story mode. It's just a convenient way to justify the balanced powers etc.

Wow, you definitely had this on very easy mode and still were one hit away from losing...
They kinda missed a golden opportunity by putting killer frost there to do the detective work, should have been damian wayne - makes more sense and gives tones of opportunities for references to teen titans, since damian killed dick grayson, the guy who fought deathstroke wih the titans...
While a lot of people say this guy is too trigger-happy, I'm trigger-happy, too, but I still toss in sword combos, and use the guns after launching the opponent, too. I just found out yesterday that I have a penchant for playing as Deathstroke. My brothers, who's best characters are Ares and Flash and play extremely well, couldn't even touch me with Slade after I spent only an hour practicing his moves. I have discovered my perfect character, and I am happy!!!
The Teen Titan versions of the characters usually looked a lot different than the normal ones. Deathstroke is his villain name even thoguh they only refer to him as Slade in Teen Titans.

Why do some Deathstroke (and Catwoman and Nightwing) characters have blue eyes and are more powerful than the other characters in that same level (or more powerful than a normal Deathstroke)? This I see in the game for iPhones. I want to get my Deathstroke to be as powerful as the one with blue eyes.

I love the part where shazam brought deathstroke up and there where thunderclouds considering they're on Justice League tower which is located on outer space. Don't get me started on Nebular clouds, I know an earthly thundercloud storm when I see one :P.
